So very impressed with this property. Beyond clean with a fabulous breakfast, My room was especially stylish and the shower, along with big fluffy towels, was wonderful. The bed with its premium linens, is very very comfortable. What makes this place a stand-out though is the host, Gianni. It’s clear that his boutique accommodation is his passion project. He strives to make his guests both comfortable and informed about a city he clearly loves.

Excellent!
Excellent accommodations especially relative to the smaller town and the price. Would absolutely recommend. It’s a small two room place with a cute common space for eating. Gianni was the host who met us and showed us every detail of the property and provided maps and info for the town and surrounding area. Great breakfast spread. Clean contemporary room with an excellent shower. Super easy short walk to everything you’d want to see in town.

Gianni’s place is a small but modern two-room hotel with common area that is right in the old town. An easy walk to all sights and restaurants, it features a large room and bathroom with great lighting. Breakfasts were great, featuring homemade baked goods like orange pie (yum). The host was a fountain of knowledge and helped out when we had a flat tire.

Warm welcome with a beautiful design
Room 55 is a wonderful small B&B with an amazing design and even better service. Gianni and his wife are warm and welcoming and obviously enjoy meeting new people and making their stay enjoyable. It is is a great location slightly outside the busy center of Noto but still within a short walk from all the sites and restaurants. Being outside the center means parking is available and easy to drive to. We definitely would highly recommend Room 55.

Central and modern
We had a lovely, modern room all to ourselves. On the day, Gianni, who runs the place, messaged to see what time we would be arriving, which was considerate. We parked right in front of our room and left it there as everything was within walking distance. If I had to have one criticism it would be that although the road we were on is a quiet one, the noise of the occasional cars that did pass was annoying.

Clean, well-designed modern room, newly renovated and very close to the centre of Noto. Parking on-street just in front of the door, very welcoming and friendly hosts.

La struttura si trova in una posizione molto comoda e vicina al centro, raggiungibile facilmente a piedi. Tutto è molto nuovo, moderno, pulito ed ordinato. La colazione è ricca e varia e soprattutto ha prodotti freschi di pasticceria. Il proprietario è di una gentilezza e cortesia veramente uniche. Ci ha dato informazioni utili che hanno reso ancora più completo il nostro soggiorno. Sicuramente è consigliato a chi vuole passare uno o più giorni nella città di Noto.

L'Ospitalità con la O maiuscola
Situato in zona tranquilla, ma vicinissimo alla zona centrale di Noto, questo B&B rispecchia il sogno di ogni viaggiatore che voglia scoprire questa magnifica isola qual'è la Sicilia. Si inizia con il caloroso benevenuto del suo gestore e con l'introduzione all'accogliente camera arredata come fosse una spa. Si prosegue con una colazione che meriterebbe da sola un capitolo per descriverla, con dolce e salato di ottimi bar e pasticcerie che poi abbiamo avuto il piacere di visitare. E sempre presente, in modo discreto, il gestore che a nostro parere è il miglior motivo per invitare chiunque a soggiornare qui. Se avrete la fortuna di riuscire a riservare una delle 3 camere disponibili, partirete da questo posto pensando alla prossima occasione per tornarvi.

Super schönes und modernes Zimmer mit kostenloser Minibar, großem Bad und guter Lage in Noto. Das Zimmer liegt im Erdgeschoss, insofern hört man die Straßengeräusche. Dies ist mit Ohrenstöpseln aber kein Problem.

Hjälpsam värd och fräscht rum
Mycket hjälpsam värd, gav olika tips och förslag på ställen att besöka. Fint, fräscht och rymligt rum. Även duschen var rymlig. Gångavstånd till huvudgatorna. Lite oväsen då boendet precis ligger intill vägen och parkeringsplatser utanför kan bli tagna. Gatorna är trånga, men lätt att ta sig ut till motorväg ifrån boendet. Överlag mycket nöjd.

Großartige, stilvolle Unterkunft an der Altstadt
Die Unterkunft ist frisch und sehr stilvoll renoviert. Sie liegt nur ein paar Schritte von der Altstadt entfernt. Das Auto konnten wir direkt vor der Tür parken. Morgens gab es ein vielfältiges Frühstück mit lokalen Spezialitäten. Der Eigner kümmert sich sehr freundlich um seine Gäste und versorgt sie auch mit Tipps rund um den Aufenthalt. Wir haben uns hier wirklich wohl gefühlt.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo magnifico B&B e ci siamo trovati benissimo. La nostra permanenza è stata breve ma bellissima. La struttura è curata, con molto gusto, nei minimi particolari. È comoda, confortevole e molto pulita. Vicina al centro di Noto che si raggiunge in 5 minuti a piedi. Il frigo bar ed i teli mare sono messi a disposizione gratuitamente. Colazione ottima. Possibilità di parcheggio gratuito di fronte alla struttura. I proprietari sono molto disponibili e gentili. Consigliatissimo

Boutique BnB in Noto
Charming BnB in the historical center of Noto. Decorated with taste - a mix of modern and ancient style. The hosts are very nice and available. The breakfast offers a variety of local products including delicious home made cake. Parking is easy and all Noto’s attractions are within walking distance
