Walls are paper thin, you can hear everything outside, rooms are close to all common areas, rooms do not look like the photos (false advertising), the manager is a phony. "A beautiful countryside setting. Lovely views of Noto and a very tranquil property. Lacked some touches though, which could have made it truly luxurious. Rooms are nice but quite basic. Breakfast is average (cheap juices, imitation corn flakes, etc) and if you're not there by 9.20 the staff stop replenishing items. One guest asked if there was any more ham being brought out at 9.30am and the staff member just shrugged their shoulders. Overall though, a solid choice but not quite luxury. "

"Beautiful hotel situated on an ancient farm. The “new” buildings were constructed 200-300 years ago, yet are totally modern inside. Gardening is beautiful. Staff are incredibly friendly, caring and helpful. Breakfast was great and presented in a personal, pleasant way on a lovely patio. We made reservations five months before we arrived and at that time we requested a room on a lower floor, knowing the topography of the town and that some rooms had many steps.
