80th birthday celebration
The house gardens and hot tub all great. We had a problem with the downstairs toilet which was blocked, we tried to clear it but every time we used water upstairs it came up into the toilet and flooded the room and it smelt. The manager was most helpful and had the blockage cleared, but advised us not to use the toilet again, which was very inconvenient. It did create another problem with my grandson who was sleeping in the room next to the toilet unable to stay in the room. He was able to move to another twin room with his brother but when he lay on the bed it collapsed. This was clearly a problem that had occurred on other occasions as the bed had been poorly repaired. We did manage to move the futon in the downstairs bedroom to replace it satisfactorily. Despite these upsets we did have a great weekend in a lovely house. Just annoying we had these problems which really should have fixed before we arrived. Some compensation would be welcome.

The property is in good condition, plenty of space for a family of up to 12. Lots of games available plus hottub, i would recomend it.

Family Holiday
A lovely property in a wonderful location. Our family ages range from 7 to 76 years old. There was something for everyone to enjoy. The gardens were a joy to sit in and watch the boats go by on the river. The hot tub was an added bonus and was very well used. The whole house was well equipped, especially the kitchen. Plenty of games for indoor and outside use. All ten members of the family enjoyed our annual holiday together.

Family long weekend
Overall the property and location was very good. Plenty of room for 8 adults and 4 children under 11. We had a great time. The river setting was wonderful.

Good property, plenty of room, good facilities and location - unfortunately we had a problem with the oven, but good service from the agent resulted in a satisfactory resolution.

Great for Family Get Togethers
This is a great property with ample accommodation for a big family get together. Lots of space, whether you gather in the kitchen while cooking a meal, sitting at the table in the dining room sharing it together, or playing with the kids and making use of the overwhelming choice of toys & games provided. The bedrooms were huge and very comfortable and had wonderful views from the upper balcony toward the river which is to the rear of the property. It was great to see the enthusiastic canoeists, paddle boarders, and small pleasure boats pass by, but best of all was watching the variety of bird life, swim past while eating breakfast. Quite surreal!

Fantastic weekend away!!
What a great property! Has everything you need and more. Super weekend for a birthday celebration with family and dogs. Lovely house with large rooms, great hot tub, garden and private location backing into the river. So many things to do, they’ve thought of everything. Will definitely come again 😊 Only down side, could really do with a massive clean and tidy up outside. Other than that - perfect!

Relaxation by the lovely River Yare
We had plenty of space for 11 adults to enjoy a week without crowding each other. Good selection of games for our use plus the lovely hot tub. Very nice garden for games, watching activity and wildlife on the river or just relaxing. I would have appreciated better bedding on my bed in the downstairs bedroom, otherwise accommodation was very good.

Love this place
Just come back from the most amazing relaxing experience. The house and garden are absolutely beautiful. It's really peaceful. There were 11 of us staying so by the 3rd day the hot tub was looking a bit murky. I called the office and within half an hour some lovely people came round to clean it up for us and we enjoyed another lovely evening and morning of use. Check in process was flawless. My friends and I loved it so much we've decided to make it an annual thing. Thank you to David, Lisa and Francis for our much needed retreat

First family getaway at Four Seasons
Lots of thought put into this property especially for large groups including children. Great location. Lots of space to either be as a group or areas for individual space. Lots of games for children and some toys plus trampoline and games room. Bedrooms, all are a good size. Lovely clean fresh bedding , towels n dressing robes. Plenty of wardrobe space. Loved the little TV room adjoining the master bedroom which both had access to the balcony along with 2 other bedrooms. Our first family of 12 holiday which we thoroughly enjoyed! Good size bbq with plenty of outdoor seating. Hot tub had fresh clean heated water, we were lucky it was heated to correct temperature when we arrived so could use straight away. Nice surprise of wine and coffee etc left for us. Lovely full size fridge and an added bonus of a freezer in the utility room. We were the first visitors of the season and found the trampoline was tired and zip broken so safety net didn't close. There is a new 10 foot one waiting to be put up. The hot tub, again tired and not all jets worked but didn't spoil our use of it. We understand a new one will be replacing it sometime in May. The outside windows were in a good need of cleaning but a window cleaner had come round to give a quote to do then whilst we were there so that is also in hand. The only thing to add is the patio balcony needed weeding but didn't stop our use only that our 10 month old grandson couldn't crawl there due to the weeds. The shower bases sealant is mouldy in some and needs cleaning/replacing. Both these points I feel will be addressed given time. Would I revisit, absolutely! Our family ranged from 10 month old, 3 yr, 10 yr and 12yr old children who all had plenty to play and do. 8 adults plus dogs. There is lots to do out and about to cover all ages and interests along with some lovely eating out places too. Great to have the river run along the bottom of the garden which was easy to access to kayak.

When first entered property had a strong smell of damp. Was a nice gesture leaving some goodies on arrival. Property had everything you wanted and lots of activities for all. Needs attention on showers and fly screens upstairs. As a family we all had an enjoyable stay. The children loved seeing the swans and ducks at the bottom of the garden.

Great family weekend, Garden patio area needs cleaning, rubbish left and dog poo left in the garden, conservatory needs cleaning, freezer needs defrosting, lots of cobwebs in the house, few knob handles need fixing or replacing
