Introducing Broads Reach, a delightful 3-bedroom holiday home offering easy access to The Norfolk Broads and some of the finest beaches in the county.

Located in the riverside village of Stalham, guests can look forward to visiting beaches such as Sea Palling and Horsey Gap, with popular Broads such as Hickling and Barton Broad close-by.

Hosting up to 6 guests, Broads Reach is a warm and comfortable holiday home for families and friends, with one parking space available.


The Space:

Broads Reach features one king-sized bedroom, one double and a third bedroom with a single bed. There is an additional trundle bed for those travelling in groups of six. The property features one family bedroom, an ensuite bathroom with full size shower and an additional WC located on the ground floor.

The comfortable living room will act as the perfect den for relaxation post a busy day exploring Norfolk, with a television, DVD player and board games for winding down during the evenings.

The kitchen is fully equipped with amenities and facilities, including a dishwasher and a washing machine. This bright, open plan space also includes a dining table and chairs with enough seating for 6.

A small private courtyard with outdoor seating is located at the rear of the property.

Inside of property very clean but windows and outside needs attention. I had to clean the bathroom window when it was opened as it was really dirty .Beds on the hard side but ok.Bins need cleaning as I had to remove plastic bags of rubbish from recycling bins and also batteries in other bin which I couldn't do. Also put bin out on Tuesday night but it looks as if collection is now Thursdays perhaps. Oven knobs on cooker need attention as very loose and unsafe.Would be useful to have some sort of casserole dishes for use in oven as we were doing all our own catering. Dishes very marked and overused probably as there is only one set and cutlery very poor. Caters mainly for guests who do big fryups for brunch and eat out or get takeaways. We could not do that with our grandchildren as they can not do eating out. These are just advisory niggle bits pertaining to our requirements, as overall it was a good comfortable property to stay in and we enjoyed out time there and would stay there again.
