"I have a 3-5 on service. All the staff that I interacted with were very helpful and professional. However, the housekeeping was not good. I was only there for 2 days. On the first day, my room was not cleaned, despite housekeeping being right outside the room when I left for the day. On the second day, the room was cleaned but the amenities (tea, coffee, etc.) were not replenished. Clearly no quality checks by the housekeeping management."

"Advertised free WiFi but no WiFi working. No hotel staff- register there’d through vista but hotel deserted. No record of payment so staff tried to take additional payment when all had been paid in advance"
