The rooms were very clean, and up to date on the electronics. The pool was clean, a little on the cold side but still very fun. And the breakfast was great, as they had some great choices.

The front desk staff seemed pretty uninterested in checking us in. They were on the phone a lot. When I asked a question, the answers were very short and like I was a bother. The house keeping staff and the lady taking care of breakfast were very kind. As far as the breakfast that was offered it was okay, the juice selection was nice, yoghurt and hard boiled eggs were good but the fresh fruit options were three bananas and some apples one day and just apples the next few days. The waffles were not as good as I’ve had before but were fine. Would be nice if there were more chairs in the pool area or at least benches so you don’t have to put your clean towels on the floor. Saw lots of parents having to stand or sit on the floor while watching their kids play in the pool. I also really enjoyed the mini fridge with the separate freezer. It was great for keeping our ice packs frozen for the trip home. We also bought ice cream for the kids. They loved it. My husband and daughter really enjoyed riding the bikes in town as well. Overall it was a fun trip.

Noisy due to spring break for Washington residents. OK if you have kids or pet. Be prepared for possible barking dogs. Can walk to everything which was nice.

Parking spaces were tiny but I assume they’re tiny at every location in this area. Hotel was clean on outside and inside, room was as you would expect, mostly clean. Toilet needed the handle held down for a long period of time before it would flush. Couldn’t flip through channels or use Netflix as the universal remote wasn’t set up properly and wouldn’t register the “ok” button. We didn’t care enough about either of these issues to contact anyone for assistance. We chose not to have room service and therefore ran out of clean towels and tp and when we called for more towels and tp they arrived within a couple of minutes! So that was great! We did have extremely loud people next to us all 3 nights we were there. Called the front desk the first night and I’m not sure if they actually did anything because the people didn’t quiet down for at least another 25 minutes after we called. The next two nights they were so loud you could hear people banging on either the ceiling or wall the hopefully shut them up… but they continued being loud. Each night they were loud for around 45 minutes between 10p-11p. It was clear 11p was their bed time. Anyway, that was an irritating experience but not the fault of the hotel. Also the continental breakfast was not impressive. Good amount of options I suppose, but none of them looked like good quality. So that that was a disappointment and an extra expense to go elsewhere for coffee and breakfast. Would I stay here again? Sure… good location.

Whoever was in the room before us clearly smoked. It smelled like cigarettes so bad it gave me a headache. I told the front office and all they did was give me an air freshener. That did nothing. No extra rooms which I understand because it is spring break but at least comp me for a night or give me a discount. I paid over $300 to stay in a non smoking room. We even left the room for a few hours and left the window open, it did nothing. Terrible!!! I will never stay there again. Best part my kinds and I get to walk around with our hair and clothes smelling like cigarette smoke.

We enjoyed our stay, the hotel offers a lot of amenities which was good on a very windy rainy winter day, we did observed that the hot tub had a lot of foam forming when in use which is usually a sign of water needed to be changed and/ or an imbalance of chemicals. Over all good place to stay

This was our first visit. Everyone was very friendly and professional. Our room was more than adequate. The breakfast provided was wonderful in its choices. Evening dining opportunities were within walking distance as was shopping. We travel through Seaside often and will undoubtedly stay here again.

Hotel was clean, good amenities We arrived before check in. Checked to see if he room was available, Clerk was barely polite. Asked an hour later , same Clerk. I let her know my granddaughter was sick. She took my number. Wasn’t any friendlier. Night Clerk Jeremy was awesome. Couch bed was Bad.
