I had the worst experience. No accommodations and no refunds as of today . You will have roaches as roommate and no kitchen equipment for penthouses- DONT STAY HERE !!!!!

Saw a couple of roaches. Towels and washclothes not in the best condition. The whole property needs to be upgraded. No Wi-Fi was available. The front desk was very pleasant and welcoming. Only stayed due to only short availability of hotels for the Black Food Truck Festival. Would not recommend. We made it work.

If a fair priced convenient location is your priority then this place will meet your needs. Clean but not spotless, older location that has been refreshed but could do with a complete rehab. Polite and diligent staff that will do everything they can to make your stay a good one. Suggest that you ask for an upper level unit as the lower units have thin ceilings and the people upstairs will make a lot of noise no matter how careful they are.

Do not recommend staying here- nice staff at front desk but clearly a property that is home to people, not a hotel. Thought it would be okay as it has Wyndham- but nope didn’t make it past the pile of laundry outside the door that had been there for days according to the neighbor—-

This property should be removed from Expedia. It was horrible and we couldn't even stay there. As we walked to our room it did not feel like a safe area. When we got in the roo. The extra lock was broke which seemed to be from the door being pushed in. The roof was peeling off and it had several water spots. The room was filthy and not clean. We opened a door and saw mold in the air vent which the filter had not been changed. We left immediately.

Well, some good, some bad. First the good. Great price, large unit with full litchen however it was empty of kitchen type stuff, no pots, no plates, no silverware. Bed was very comfortable, nice sheets but only a light blanket. No duvet or comforter. But it was fine. Very easy access from parking. Front desk employee was great. You did need to ask for ice from the front desk but that was fine and easy. Now the bad, the bathroom had a lot of mold around the tub and on the floor tiles. The bath towels are very small and rough. Shower head was loose. But good pressure and lots of hot water. Since it was a full kichen there was a dishwasher. We opened it and there was a couple inches of water in the bottom that had been there a long time based on the smell. We reported these issues so hopefully they will be addressed. And there was some incident on the property that 7 police cars responded to. We saw one woman taken away in hadcuffs.

The room was dirt. The shower curtain was too short and it was hard to keep water from going out of shower on floor. The grounds were dirty. The main office and sitting area was cluttered, but the breakfast food was pretty good. Staff was nice.

The rooms were dirty, there were spots on towels and sheets you have to go to the office to get dishes for the kitchen. The breakfast was nasty some of the staff were rude and unprofessional there was no hot tub like they had advertised and the pool was not clean and barely open .The only thing I liked about it was the size of the room but will not be returning

This is one of the worst hotel experiences ever. First, we did not get the room we booked and paid for. The receptionist that checked us in was too busy visiting with her friends than be helpful. So many things in the room were broken. The shower drain was clogged. The whole venue seemed unsafe.

Overall this property stay was great! Apart from the little things like some blood stains on the floor. And the toilet would flush and keep flushing. But apart from that the hotel was exceptional, very comfortable bed and nice layout of the room. Definitely would stay again.

After checking in we went immediately to our room, discovered it was filthy and roaches were EVERYWHERE! Then management was not apologetic, and even had an attitude because I wanted a refund and not another roach infested room! Hotel needs to be shut down!

Room was filthy. Dirty washcloth hanging in shower when I checked in. Black mold in grout and tile in shower. Previous spills on kitchenette floor never mopped up from previous guests. One small waste basket for entire room. No garbage can in kitchen. Towels were shredding around edges and were grayish although they were really white. Bed comforter was disgusting. Sheets did not fit the mattress and were also grayish and dingy Stains and spots looked like blood and too repulsed to think about what else. Room HVAC fan was beyond loud and turned off/on every 3 minutes. Finally, just turned system off and slept in sweats to stay warm. Exterior not maintained. peeling paint and wooden stairs leading to rooms look like they will split under your weight. Should have taken photos.

The place was a joke. When you here Wyndham you really nice. Well this place needs some tender loving care.The toilet leaked all over the floor when you would flush it. With me not knowing I stepped in and fell and bruised my arm really bad. The closet door was hanging off and just leaning. Very dangerous. The drapes had bad stain spots all over them. The linens looked soiled with ugly spots. Should I go on. Very disappointed. WE didn't even stay our full stay.

Both times we went down to the lobby we’re interesting to say the least. As soon as we arrived my boyfriend said “make sure you lock the car when we go in, this place feels really sketchy.” When checking out I heard someone complaining about roaches and the cleanliness of the hotel. We didn’t see any roaches, but our room was not very clean. The floor was so sticky that our feet stuck to it and I had to wear shoes the whole time. When I was just wearing socks the bottom of my white socks ended up being stained black. The comforter was stained with what looked like someone’s makeup and made us question whether they were clean. We wanted to enjoy the amenities that were included, like the free breakfast and fitness center, but the overall cleanliness and feel of the hotel made us not really want to be there. I really wish I hadn’t pre-booked it, because I would have left immediately upon arrival if I hadn’t already paid for the room. Overall it was a disappointing experience and I feel that my money would have been better spent elsewhere.

We had issues with noise and being woken up. The propery manager thought it was us and banged on our door at 11:30P waking us up. This made us feel unsafe. We chose this place because it was close to the airport. The room was clean and you could tell it had been updated, but the place has some age to it.

The suite we booked had two bedrooms and bathrooms which was nice. However the place was not clean. No hot tea for breakfast. Same eggs and potatoes each breakfast.

This was definitely one of the dirtier rooms I’ve encountered in quite a while. I killed at least two small cockroaches and there was quite a few bugs once I moved some furniture because it was quite dirty. Food debris and crumbs under the furniture a fountain soda lid and straw under the nightstand, stained mattress. Just not a nice experience overall. The manager was curt and not very understanding. I just wanted to work out a deal together but because I booked through a third party I felt chastised for trying to get a refund. I got it almost immediately when I reached out to the third party because they called the front desk while I was standing there. I just don’t like that no one took ownership of the situation and I had to deal with it as if I was the one who left the room as dirty as it was. I was just trying to enjoy my vacation. The rest of the staff I dealt with was lovely, I just wish that they would have handled it differently and taken a little ownership of the situation.

The property is unique in it's own way. Seems more like a apartment complex at first but ends up just being another poorly operated property like a lot of others. Pool was green unusable. Laundry facilities will make you cringe 😬

My room smelled like cigarettes and the people staying about partied all night long. Other than that not super terrible and the front desk people were nice. Food options everywhere.

I stepped on small broken glass in the bathroom leaving the shower and cut my foot. The room had not been cleaned in weeks. We had to clean all surfaces before use, and the white towels were black after cleaning. Manager did not care. We cancelled the reservation and left to another place. I plan on fully disputing all charges. Disgusting experience. I think my foot may be infected.
