Nicely designed. Breakfast was great. Staff is personable and pleasant. Close to everything. Didn't realize the convention center was right across the street. We could've walked to our comedy show. We booked the last king room. Happened to be handicap accessible. The hotel could touch up little nics on carpet and walls from wheel chairs to keep the room looking nice. The sleeper sofa cushions were on their last leg. House keeping could've taken a minute to actually cover the boxspring with the cover that exposed the boxspring. Over all one of my more pleasant hotel stays. Enjoyed having to closets and walk in shower. Look forward experiencing a regular king room. Good job! This will be my go to when I'm in Charleston.

The property was nice. I would definitely stay again. The staff were great. I enjoyed my stay. The pool was closed and that was not disclosed. The room was lovely a suite with lots of space. The cookies were warm and good!

Was disappointed with this hotel. Water in the shower was barely warm and you had to run the water for a long while before it got lukewarm. Service was pretty bad too. Location is close to the airport so you cou hear airplanes taking off.
Stayed for volleyball tournament. Room was clean and hospitality was good. Only issue was we noticed a few stink bugs and hotel pillows are always awful.
Nice comfortable room. Staff was outstanding. My only negative was the remote for the TV was glitchy. Then again we were only there for one night. In spite of that issue, we would stay there again.
Close to expressway was great , but During thanksgiving, front desk stated that breakfast was free on thanksgiving day and when we were eating the hostess came and said we were misinformed and a charge was invoked

The beds felt clean. However, the bathroom floor wasn't clean because I had to wipe something up and the towel became black with dirt. The refrigerator wasn't on & the coffee area didn’t look wiped down. The hotel needs updating.

The hotel was very nice and so were the staff. My only complaint was my bed in room 614. The side closest to the door sagged in really bad. Felt like i was in a hole. Had to sleep on the other side of the bed. The bed definitely needs a new mattress.

We checked in at 12:30 am and the night desk clerk accomodated us timely in light of the change in changing from one day to the other in the turnover of time in the system.
I didn't like that there was no light when exiting the hotel onto International Blvd. When making a left we nearly had an accident with cars coming from both directions.

The staff and service were excellent. The shuttle transportation was great, it was very nice and helpful. It was kinda noisy every morning for about 2 hours. I thought it may have been neighbors across the hall and I didn't mention it to the front desk.
