"The casino had closed off the 2nd floor enterance by the smoking and bus pickup area so guest had no access to the restrooms nor coffee at the hotel enterance. Very inconvenient for hotel guest use ! As a senior this was awful. Reason enough for me not to stay again. Added so much more walking with a cane it made the trip overnight less appealing. Desk staff were nice and helpful. Could not use the hot tubs at adult pool hours as at 9:30 pm family’s had total use no open spot in outside hot tub...
