Dark and dingy. Room had not been cleaned for a long time. Entrance is down a side street.

Rekommenderas.
Smidig in-checkning trevlig personal, service inriktad och hjälpsam. Gymmet och Bastun topp betyg, även till restaurangen som har Spanien tema med tapas meny, Väldigt hög klass på maten och blir man inte lite extra lycklig när ölen serveras i lite finare glas med stil. Tack för en bra upplevelse.

Hotelet ligger bra till i stan och är trevligt. Vi har bott här flera gånger på våra besök i Norrköping. Denna gång fick vi ett rum som var rätt dåligt städat samt mycket svalt på gränsen till kallt. Annars är detta ett bra Hotel.

Hotellrummet var snyggt och städat med en stor och bekväm säng. Badrummet var nyrenoverat och fräscht. Måste även passa på att uppmärksamma personalen i receptionen som var otroligt hjälpsam och trevlig.
