Bad service with old facility
"Staff did not pay attention during check in, she just gave me a key and let me took luggae to my room without checking with her team. When i was at room, i had found that my room had not been cleaned yet. Only maid that I found at room did contact hotel staff to change new room for me. Very bad service. ..."
