"I was very disappointed with my stay and will not be returning.
The problems started at check-in when staff couldn’t find my reservation because my name had been entered incorrectly. It took a significant amount of back-and-forth before the issue was finally resolved. As compensation, I was given an upgraded room, but unfortunately that room smelled absolutely awful and was not suitable to stay in, so I had to be moved again.
The second room wasn’t much better. The hotel is located right beside a major highway, and the traffic noise was constant throughout the stay. On top of that, the air conditioning unit would not maintain the temperature properly and seemed to run continuously, making it difficult to get comfortable or sleep well.
Overall, what should have been a simple hotel stay turned into a frustrating experience from start to finish. Between the reservation issues, room changes, unpleasant odors, noise, and malfunctioning climate control, I cannot recommend this hotel and won’t be staying here again."
