The main reason for writing this is that our deposit was promised to be returned but wasn't, despite sending an email chasing via their web site. We cleaned and tidied before we left and took photos as evidence in case this happened. We also had a terrible experience during check in with a long wait, keys that didn't work and the sofa bed with previous tenant's bedding on it.

Wanted a place close to airport. 3 minutes away and shuttle was 40 euros!! Ridiculous. Toilet had stuck on dirt I cleaned with my wipes -gross. Floor in front of door needed vacuuming. No extra toilet paper. No bath soap. Pools & jacuzzi cold. Huge containers of dirty towels & laundry in the hall to jacuzzi area. Literally taking up the hallway space -gross. Front desk didn’t care that I had to clean the toilet lol. Shrugged his shoulders and asked if I wanted a different room. I’m I already cleaned the toilet! No where to eat except shady neighborhood area behind hotel. The room closets both had cleaning equipment in them. No one wants to hang clothes with cleaning equipment and trash can in then. Room was fine besides these unnecessary issues. Would I stay again? No! They are not clean or caring. In fact aloof. Plus the 40 euro to the airport was way to much. Rather pay for a nicer hotel with amenities and cleanliness.

Stayed with family of 4 for 1 night in August. Fire alarm went off twice in the night 3am and 8am resulting in everyone crashing reception for reasons, chaos reigned. Hottub was like pea soup, inside pool and sauna could do with a good clean. Room could do with a refresh as skirting boards loose, door handles missing and a fair few scrapes and bumps. Short walk from the airport a bonus. 10 minutes on the tram to Nice center. Rooftop area good, bit busy but gets quiet later. We managed to have it all to ourselves from 10pm to 11pm.

There was an hour long line up to check in with only 1 person on reception. He didn’t care and said it was a normal day so why not have 2 people on reception at check in time. They don’t supply pool towels, only gave us 1 bath towel, then said we had to use our bath towel and they would charge us for extra clean towels. There’s no milk supplied for a cup of tea or coffee. The desk refused to give us any. The desk sign states there’s bar snacks available to purchase with a price list, but there wasn’t ever any at all from the list over our 3 days. The room notes state that you have to empty your bins out in the street yourself. We think 25 euros per day parking is a little expensive. The room size and the pools were good.

Clean property. Comfortable. A few gripes though. Steps broken on swimming pool, so could not get out properly . Only 2 hangers in room, also there was no drawers to put clothes in. So clothes had to stay in case ! We stayed 5 nights. The fire alarm went off at 3am on 2 nights for quite some time . The first time I was obviously quite concerned, but nobody was evacuating! It seemed to be a common occurrence. I think my biggest annoyance was when we checked in, we paid €150 in cash for a breakage deposit, which I had read about. The receptionist put the cash carefully in an envelope, and luckily I requested a receipt, as when we checked out our envelope had gone missing !! They checked and checked and said they would have to credit my card later ! . I wasn’t happy as I needed the cash to use at the airport , so I provided my receipt and after phoning her manager she gave me the deposit out of the petty cash tin. Clean comfortable hotel , but in my opinion not worth the money. Needs drawer and cupboard space in rooms, and swimming pool steps need to be fixed!

Pretty average really. Late check in due to late flight arrival. A/c was off, and no instructions how to turn on. Not sure how much cleaning to the rooms had been done. Beds not comfortable either. All a bit 2 star.

Bad for the price
All hotel is very dirty, common areas, pool area and rooms. The floor in my bedroom was very dirty, the carpet was wet and the air conditioner was broken, we changed for a new room that it was dirty as well. Also, the staff is very unfriendly and they don’t care about the guests.

Points positifs La localisation, tram à proximité qui permet d’être dans le vieux Nice très vite, la mer juste en face Pas de bruit (malgré l’aéroport juste en face) La chambre était spacieuse Points négatifs Check in long : arrivée à 15h, passée à 15h45 (personne à l’accueil lors de notre arrivée) Bar sans certains produits le soir Pas de passage ménage/lit entre les deux jours (ce qui est assez rare en hôtel) Odeur assez désagréable dans l’ascenseur le matin Parking ok mais assez cher (mais au tarif de la ville de Nice malgré tout) En résumé un peu déçue pour un 4 étoiles! On peut s’attendre à de meilleures prestations

Das ist kein 4-Sternen Hotel. Das Geld war nicht wert. Das Zimmer wurde nicht gereignigt. Ich musste selber WC-Papier holen. Das Personal war überfordert. Check-In dauert eine Ewigkeit. Für diesen Preis hätte ich etwas besseres erwartet. Nehmen Sie dieses Hotel aus Ihrer Auswahl, damit keine weitere Personen das Gleiche wie ich erfahren.

Impossible de demander deux lits simples au moment de la réservation, le spécifie dans les demandes particulières. Arrivée à la résidence: attribution d'un studio avec un lit double puis attribution d'une chambre avec deux lits simples mais sans eau chaude... dont le ménage n'avait pas été fait ( draps sales, poubelle non vidée ect.) j'ai changé moi même les draps le réceptionniste étant débordé et en train de manger durant son service! De plus pas d'eau chaude ce qui a été signalée à 4 réceptionnistes pendant 3 jours. Le cinquième réceptionniste m'a indiqué qu'il fallait faire une réclamation à la responsable. Chose faite: rien ne change. J'ai alors du demander à changer de chambre, demande qui a été acceptée. Un femme de chambre m'a alors reproché d'avoir laissé dans le couloir les draps sales alors qu'il était demandé de faire le ménage avant de rendre le studio... Aucun ménage fait dans les studios pendant 10 jours alors qu'il est prévu un ménage au bout d'une semaine... Une tasse de café salle est restée plusieurs jours dans le couloir.... 4 fois l'alarme incendie s'est déclenchée notamment la nuit sans raison valable... et avec une réceptionniste qui répond qu'elle vient d'arriver quand on lui signale le problème. Et pour tout dédommagement un petit déjeuner le jour du départ. Ce qui est bien: c'est la piscine extérieur sur le toit et le jacuzzi quand il marche, le sauna et la piscine intérieure. Et la vue sur la mer.

On paye juste la vue et lendroit cest a dire promenade des anglais. Réservations pour 4, aucun drap de disponible pour faire le lit sur le canapé lit obligé de demander a l'accueil. Le canape lit user, fatigué, renfoncement au niveaux des fesses. Point de vu équipement pas très foufou. Jusqua a peut prés minuit bruit soit extérieure ou chambre d'à côté. 1 soir ca nous a suffit
