Liked the patio area. Room was crowded. Bathroom extremely small, took forever to get hot water. No elevator, stairs were very narrow.

Good evening, just for information the square dimensions of the bathroom and the room are in conformity for a 2-star hotel. An elevator...for one floor! No comments!

Hôtel Villa Victorine is charming. A cosy and very quiet hotel located convenient to the airport as well a quick walk to the tram to the city centre. The room was exceptionally clean. Victor was so helpful and accommodating. The property is quaint with a beautiful garden entrance. Thank you Victor for a lovely stay !

We regret that the room is not of "American" proportions. However, the area of the room, the size of the bed, the services of the hotel are clearly specified. And as other guests' comments and ratings confirm, our services go far beyond the 2 stars we have. You are probably not inclined to adapt to other cultures and customs. Best regards

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The managers were warm, nice, and welcoming. The hotel was close to the tram which made getting around Nice easy.

Great little hotel next to the airport 15 min walk or 2 mins with the tram. Super friendly, and a very pretty garden. Make sure you call ahead if you don't arrive between 5pm and 7pm. Breakfast is well worth the 11 euro :)

Perfect Oasis in quiet neighborhood
Absolutely a great property...clean rooms, great staff, and a very quiet oasis. The only draw back is that it is at least a 20 minute bus ride from Old Nice or the main train station. However, it is a quick, cheap, and easy bus ride and short walk from the airport. Breakfast was great with a wide variety of cold items and juices plus fresh baked breads. If you want a quiet place to sit outside in a garden after a hard day of seeing the sights, and don't mind a 20 minute bus ride, this place is perfect.

Despite being a reasonable price the room was not really worth it. Poor area with nowhere to eat nearby. No opportunity for an early breakfast.

Wonderful Hotel - highly recommended
This is the hidden jewel in the Cote D'Azur. We booked on the strength of the 4.5/5 rating and were not disappointed. The owners (Vittorio and Raphaella) were perfect and couldn't do enough for us during our stay - which we had to extend by 3 days due to the strikes. Great choices for the buffet breakfast taken in the sun in their beautiful garden. The air conditioned bedroom was large enough, with a comfy double bed, widescreen TV and a separate bathroom. The hotel is outside the centre of Nice but has a few bus stops close by to travel into the city. The local transport in Nice is excellent and cheap - if you buy a book of tickets you can travel for 1Euro. The beach is a short walk away and the veloblue bike rental stand is close by.The nearby Promenade gives you the option to walk, run, skateboard, cycle, scooter, rollerblade or just stroll along and enjoy the views. If you are looking for a quiet break in Nice, this is the place to stay - we'll definitely go back

Ein Kleinod! Sehr freundliche Herren führen das Hotel, wundervolle Gastfreundschaft, toller Garten und super Frühstück! Einzelzimmer klein, Bad winzig, aber jeden Tag frisch bezogenes Bett, ein Traum bri der Hitze im Sommer. Klimaanlage klasse, also ganz tolles Hotel!!! Lage 1A, 10 min mit Tram zum Airport, 20 min in die Innenstadt.

Gemütliches, Familiäres kleines Hotel Stadtnähe
Kleines süßes Stadthotel etwas außerhalb vom Stadtzentrum von Nice. Strand ist ca 10 min zu Fuß entfernt, Parkplatz schwierig entweder an der Straße, da ist meist alles voll, wir haben 5-8 Gehminuten im Parkhaus geparkt. Frühstücksraum sehr gemütlich, mit Garten zum chillen, Zimmer und Hotel in Traditioneller Bauweise, Rustikal aber sehr schön, sauber, gemütlich, freundlich. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

océan de verdure et de sérénité en pleine ville
Chambre (1 personne) petite mais très confortable avec tout ce qu'il faut même un sèche cheveux! Petit déjeuner excellent (céréales variées, fruits frais et sec, fromages, laitage, pains variés...) et pris dans un jardin magnifique...adresse à garder pour y revenir!

Bijzonder vriendelijk. Prima ontbijt in een mooie bloementuin. Vooral de hulpvaardigheid en vriendelijkheid van de eigenaren was een waar genot tijdens ons verblijf.

Bonsoir, merci pour votre commentaire. Malheureusement, nous ne pouvons pas inclure le petit-déjeuner dans le prix de la chambre, car tous les clients ne le prennent pas et seraient désavantagés. De plus, nous considérons que nous sommes privilégier, car à 2 minutes en voiture et à 7/8 minutes à pied de l’hôtel se trouve un parking public, payant et surveillé. Cordialement. OK for en natt. Ring først!!!
Jeg hadde reservert for flere uke siden, da jeg ankom kl. 17.00 (tidligste mulighet for å ankomme) var det ingen som svarte på ringebjellen, heller ikke på telefonen. Jeg prøvde i over 20 minutter. Ble ringt opp ca. 35 minutter senere med beskjed at jeg kunne komme. Ingen unnskyldning da og heller ikke neste morgen da jeg skulle dra. Litt for arrogant service. Rommet var veldig lite, pent innredet og meget rent overalt. Lite støy fra gaten, god seng.

Fint hotell, rummet (superior) var inte så stort
Det var ett fint litet hotell men jättefin gård. Rummet (superior) var inte riktigt stor som föreställde mig men den var ok. Hotellet ligger en bit från centrum och vi åkte spårvagn för ta oss enkelt till centrum.

Hotel tranquilo con precioso jardín,cercano a Niza
La verdad es que fuimos atendidos muy amablemente en este hotel, en todo momento se mostraron cercanos y atentos por si se necesitaba algo. Fue una pena no poder disfrutar el jardín ya que estuvimos poco tiempo y tampoco pudimos disfrutar del desayuno pues 11€ por persona nos pareció excesivo y decidimos no cogerlo. La habitación estaba limpia y era bastante tranquila (considerando que por su cercanía al aeropuerto los aviones pasan por encima); lo que no nos convenció tanto es que era pequeña y no era la de la fotografía que salia cuando reservé el hotel, sinceramente, si hubiéramos querido estar más en ella o llevar a nuestra mascota, un pastor alemán, hubiese sido algo agobiante. Se puede llegar tanto al aeropuerto como a la ciudad caminando y disfrutando del paseo marítimo. También está muy bien el tener un super muy cerca que te permite abastecerte.

Nuestras habitaciones cofort son diferentes y personalizadas, no tenemos, como las cadenas hoteleras, todas las mismas habitaciones, Lastima que no pudieron disfrutar de nuestro desayuno buffet con croissant, jamón, queso francés, salmón y blan de blanc, muchas frutas como frambuesas , arándanos, cerezas, piña. Creemos que el costo de 11 euros es muy correcto. Saludos cordiales
