Not as nice as the photos. Bed and pillows were quite hard, no fridge, coffee/tea making facilities or water. Staff were aloof, except the receptionist who helped me with transport advice and luggage storage. The lift is nano - 3 of us crammed in. Positives were the rooftop bar but has a strangely positioned hot tub. Everything spotlessly clean. Location is excellent with a tram stop just up the road going directly to Jean Médecin and Place Masséna and the train station just around the corner to travel the coast. Fantastic market directly outside and a children’s park across the road. Some bars and shops on the same street. I didn’t eat at the hotel but the small restaurant looked nice and there was plenty of seating in the indoor lounge. Good value for money.

Really great location walkable from the main train station and the tramway ran right in front of the hotel. The room was okay but pretty small. There was 3 of us - 1 double and 1 twin bed. Small bathroom with a shower without a base or shower curtain so that the water went everywhere. Staff very helpful and friendly

Staff are excellent, all speak English and are friendly and super-efficient. Rooms are air conditioned which was a godsend when we arrived 2 hours late at 11.25pm and the temperature was still 26 degrees. Our room was extremely well presented, beds were very comfortable, and the USB socket was a bonus to charge our phones. , no charger required.

Wow! Such a great hotel nicely located in Nice, beautiful restaurant terrasse with a chill atmosphere and the best of it, the Roof Top patio to eat or drink watching the sunset on the city!!! If you want to elevate your experience, have your drink in the jacuzzi surrounded by all the guest :)

My experience at this hotel was quite nice. Although the rooms were very small. And the elevator was tiny. We were staying on the sixth floor. In the entire building there’s this one tiny elevator, which can fit 3 people max. But that’s normal from older buildings. The restaurant in the entrance is very nice, and the food isn’t bad at all. The rooftop bar and hot tub were underwhelming, super cramped. But a nice view of the city. Unrelated to the hotel itself, the city of Nice is extremely sketchy. Has the overall vibe that you’re gonna be yelled at or robbed at any moment. Probably avoid Nice itself and go to smaller towns around it.

Great location for explorer
Family trip to Nice. The hotel is situated in a perfect spot to explore the French Riviera. The hotel is by a tram stop and 7min walk from the train station. The hotel is on a shopping high street, so not the best of views.

Purchased on Orbitz and was noted that there was a hottub but it was closed in Novemeber. Bathroom smelled funky also. Wifi spotty during the day. Great location but would not recommend

Perfect location & balcony - very small room
Fantastic location and a good breakfast, both hot and cold. We had a room with balcony facing the street - I strongly recommend a balcony, so relaxing in evenings and mornings! The room was very tiny, with room for one person, not two, moving around. The safe was placed with its back on the floor of the wardrobe. The wardrobe was also tiny, around 35-40 cm. No minibar and the cleaning staff forgot to put toilet paper in the bathroom. As a whole, I would come back, but my husband said ”never again”

We were quite disappointed overall. Some things we were really surprised to see was the lack of a minifridge in the room, no ironing board + iron, and the toilet seat was loose. Not what we are usually used to from a 3* hotel.

Sorry to hear that. Usually, there are no mini bars in the room for 3 star hotels. If you reallty want a mini bar for next time make sure you book our studio apartment or our suite. You have the iron and a boiler upon request at the reception. I hope this helps Best Regards, The reception

Hotel right on the Main Street with easy access to tram. Warm welcome from exceptionally good looking friendly receptionist. Room small but well presented, slight odour of feet from the carpet, but very well prepared made up each morning. Roof terrace crowded but nice feature.

Very small rooms. Limited amenities. Hotel has a weird sewer smell on the last night that went to all floors. Parking and breakfast not included. Location was great though.

Monsigny Nice
The hotel is well located, just 25 min walking to the pomenade des Anglais. The hotel has an elevator and they serve breakfast. Breakfast is good, has some varieties. The train station is very closed and the staff was really nice.

Hotel was wonderful. Stayed as part of Ironman World championship and hotel was great. Was able to use storage for luggage and room fit two people and a bike with lots of luggage. Nice balcony view of Main Street. Easy to get to the promenade with a 20 minute walk or take the tram in front. Very easy to get to train station to visit Monaco also.

Great stay in Nice
We had a great time in Nice. Hotel in good location near to tram but within walking distance of shops, restaurants and sea front. We had a small twin room with comfy beds. Bathroom could have been a little cleaner. We didn’t eat at the hotel so can’t comment on food and bar.
