"The rooms are a little small, but the service was absolutely exceptional. Every staff we encountered was competent and professional. Rachel the supervisor went above and beyond in every way. We had lots of luggage and the bellmen were also great. The room is a bit small and shows some wear or tear, however, it was clean and we did have everything that we need. The breakfast variety was smaller, but it was most definitely sufficient and tasty. We had a short stay so we did not use pool or gym and cannot comment on them. I would most definitely return if we were to visit Hà Nội again. Thank you to everyone at Le Jardin Haute Couture."

"Everything you need, food, pool, gym, massage, grocery store. An entire living community with security and 24 hr reception. Only downside is it is not easy to get a Grab pick up. We used a cab orders by reception to go where we needed and used Grab to get back."

"Not walkable to city but if you’d like to explore the Hanoi more broadly it is a fantastic location. Big spacious suite with office to work from, cafe downstairs in the building. Staff are so polite, helpful and friendly. Would definitely stay again "
