"Everything started badly when I recieved a call from the company to advise that my card didn't go through.. The person I spoke to rudely dropped the phone on me and kept being rude. When I got to the bnb I was told I will have room 5 and 6 which interlink. When I got there. I was given room 12 and 13 which they said they can't find the key for the interlinking door and I had 2kids on the other room. I raised a complaint on friday evening about my room not having any channels available, no remote...

"A fantastic place to stay with lovely cottages, a pool, bar, restaurant and delightful gardens with lots of birds. Andre and his family and staff provide us with really helpful and friendly service definitely going the extra mile for us. Dinner is a set menu but you can ask for an alternative. The chicken pie may be the best chicken pie I have ever eaten."

"Hotels.com had a price of R450. Booked at this rate. Owner met me on premises and insisted that i pay more as Hotels.com has old rates. I was too tired to argue so i paid R300 more. There were no towels in the room, no tea/coffee but an uncleaned kettle was available(dead ants inside it). The TV did not work. Definitely not recommended "

"This is a true little gem. Located approximately 1.5km from the center of town on a quiet street, I was amazed with this little place. The grounds are impeccable landscaped and extremely clean. "We enjoyed our stay but they got our booking wrong and there was a double bed instead of 2 x singles, they then moved us to another room advising that it had 2 x single beds only for this room to also have a double bed. Overall, a pleasant and peaceful location but front desk receptionist needs some training on what the different rooms contain. "

"It was a last minute booking and when we called we were told that there was no problem If we arrived at midnight which was a relief since we drove the whole day .The owner revived us at midnight parked out car inside property and was very nice and welcoming .We had a great sleep since the bed was confortable and clean .Kn the morning we were supersized to see that the house was In a beautifully neighborhood .We loved everything and this place and would not hesitate to come back"

"Check in was smooth. When i discovered that I was given a smoking room, they quickly changed my room to a non smoking room. I am at the included breakfast as I write this, wow what a spread! Incredible selection and excellent quality as well as 5 star service. "
