"Charming hotel, right in the heart of New Orleans. The staff was extremely attentive. The pool area was absolutely gorgeous. Everything about this hotel gives it a 10 out of 10. I definitely recommend it and we’ll go back there next time we’re in New Orleans."

"The staff were all very helpful, polite, and courteous throughout our stay. From the front desk, bellman, and valet. Great people! Some things went wrong. One of my key cards didn’t work, and had to be reprogrammed. The shower had to run for 15 minutes to get hot! Tried to call the restaurant and no one picked up, but someone from the front desk walked over and had them call my room. There were renovations going on during our stay, but it didn’t interfere with anything. We would stay again. It’s a great location."

"The facility is very nice. The physical condition is wonderful. But the billing is TERRIBLE. It took me 7 days to get a receipt! To add insult to injury, I was charged for Valet Parking even though I pre-paid for it. I have had to pay for parking twice. Come on Marriott, you are better than than."
