“January 2009”
Typical old french quarter hotel good location far enough away from Bourbon Street to be quiet but within easy walking distance. Staff very friendly and helpful. Originally had booked 2 nights but stayed an extra night as you need this much time to explore the french quarter.

I've stayed at this Hotel before and wouldn't stay anywhere else in New Orleans.
“Service on front desk - Excellent”
The service on the front desk was excellent and they could not have been more helpful. The rooms were excellent clean and tidy and the location was perfect. The hotel had free parking which was really useful and was easy to find from the interstate. Breakfast was not fantastic and was a little expensive for what you got. However, i would not hesitate in recommending this hotel.
“Great French Quarter location.”
Very easy to find in a quiet area of the French Quarter. Had to pay extra for secure parking behind the hotel. Although somewhat tired the hotel retained some elegance and was comfortable enough for a few days. Front desk staff were extremely helpful but we didn't care for the bar/breakfast food or facility - not welcoming at all. Not far from the tram/trolley stops which are the best way to get around the city.
