Booked this hotel because I had stayed there many years ago and it was nice, but not this time. When we arrived and got settled into our room the tv did not work. Called the front desk and supposedly there was a storm the day before but they did not disclose this information to us beforehand otherwise we would have gone somewhere else. The hotel lighting was horrible, there were stains on the carpets and there was trash around the outside of the property. It was very noisy with other guests and businesses next to the property. After our first night we moved to another hotel and I was not able to be reimbursed for any of my stay. This is not as a nice of a hotel as it once was and I will never stay here again.

It was a good location as far as proximity to the airport. Hotel didn't seem kept up well. Minor damage not repaired (lampshades) and the common areas needed a good cleaning. Breakfast was ok but was not restocked as things ran out.

Made this reservation week of check in. husband checked in midafternoon, Dropped bags off and left to airport for pick up. We all came back to hotel after arriving and checked out almost immediately. The online pictures did not look like what I walked into. The carpet was dusty in the corners and felt almost wet. The table was sticky and dirty, went well with the tray that held the coffee/tea maker thing as that had crumbs, dust and dried sticky substance. The microwave was just nasty. The only two towels in the bathroom had a smell to it. Not dirty per se, more like it had been on a shelf for awhile. The elevator on our floor had a trash can that was overflowing onto the floor. Won’t be staying at a Comfort Inn ever.

They are short of staff and our room wasn't prepared even though we arrived 5 hours after check in time. The manager did all he could to make it up to us, however, and we appreciate his efforts.

0/10 I DO NOT recommended!! Upon arriving we were told a shuttle would pick us up. We waited 2 hrs after being told twice that someone was on the way. We ended up paying a taxi. We got to the room for check in to find out the t.v. cable did not work. We spoke with the front desk who informed us that the service would be down for 3 hours. The following morning service worked until 11a.m. and went completely out forcing us to leave the hotel due to what the manager said was "Comcast having issues in the area". AGAIN. We requested some type of compensation and was told that we would have to speak with the general manager. We continued to ask "whom that was" to only constantly be told we need to speak to the general manager. It was such a frustrating bday trip. The morning of departure we asked the front desk about a shuttle to the airport. The lady stated the shuttle would be there at 5am. We went into the lobby at 4:45 a.m we sat there until 5:00 with no one apppearing to drive myself and another couple to make a flight that began boarding at 5:50!!! We again had to pay an uber for a ride. We booked this hotel because they stated that they were 4 mins away from the airport and offered shuttle service. I WOULD NEVER stay here or ANY Comfort Inns again!!

Arrived at 2 am, checked in and the room that was given to us was NOT cleaned/ prepared for new guests. Thankfully staff gave us new rooms for free but then next morning, Badar, went to my friend’s room and gave a nasty attitude about us having those rooms when we booked a double queen (we had 2 separate king bedrooms now) but that was not our fault because why wasn’t our original room prepared??? You knew we were coming. We ended up having to leave those king bed rooms and got a CLEAN 2 queen beds now. Normally, you clean hotel rooms DAILY, beds are made, new/ clean towels, restocked necessities… nope, not here. Also the Expedia information says it’s 4 minutes away from the airport, lied again. It’s actually 14 minutes and their airport shuttle starts at 5am. Our flight was at 5am so couldn’t even use that service. Breakfast was alright, make your own waffles, coffee, cereal, toast. Anyways if you’re looking for a quick, cheap stay, I guess book here.

The door shut in a way that allowed those in the hall to peer in, if they tried. The television was cracked and the hardware that was supposed to be mounted to the back of the television was sitting next to it. The towels had hair on them. The staff was nice and check in was quick but I don't think I'll try the Choice Hotels brand beyond this.

Should've known this place was going to be bad when I first walked in and a guest was complaining about his room and the front desk clerk had a disinterested attitude. Had been driving for 10 hours so I just wanted to rest so I checked in anyway. There was paper on the floor, hair in the shower, and the lock didn't work. Got to breakfast at 7am and all the food was gone. Breakfast didn't end until 10 and yet no one even attempted to restock the food. Will never go back.

We had traveled for 30 hours to get here and then had to wait for nearly 2 hours for the shuttle to get us to the hotel. Apparently he had some van troubles, so I get it, but it was bad timing for us. When we got here there were few toiletries other than soap The woman at the desk was incredibly helpful and we highly recommend her but I didn't catch her name.

The hotel is owned and operated by a family. They were very friendly and helpful. The facility appeared to be clean. But I have mixed feelings: the bathroom floor was not clean, the lighting wasn’t good, there was a wet spot on the carpet, and when I asked for linens for the pull-out sofa, I was given a mattress protector. There were no extra sheets or blankets.

Horrible!
Will not stay at this hotel again. The experience was not a good one! Check in was easy. The room had broken curtains, bathroom was missing a shower curtain that we requested and still did not receive, the sheets had spots on them and we also only had 4 towels and no face towels. I had to request everything that the room should have. Like what hotel room is missing a whole SHOWER CURTAIN??? The wallpaper was peeling off the walls. The bed skirt was also filthy and needed cleaning. The front receptionist was absent every time we came to the front desk. Do not waste your money at this cheaply ran hotel!!!!!

That particular room needs a lot of up keep. The shower is falling apart. The doors need replacing, there is light all around the door. The walls are very thin, we heard the whole conversation next door. There was not any shampoo, only conditioner.

I stay was fine. The room was clean. It was decent and we weren’t bothered. It was very quiet. The only problem we had is the first room. The air conditioning did not work. Other than that it was great.
