We stayed three weeks here and really enjoyed our time there. The staff and owners were great and attentive to our needs. The breakfast was great as well and had plenty to chose from. It was a short walk to the cliffs and restaurants and shops. We would defiantly stay here again!!!

What a treasure to find! This place was phenomenal, we stayed two nights and wish we could have stayed more. Th room was well appointed and the view was better. The owners were fantastic and eager to assist. We ended up coming back from dinner and watching a movie with them. Cannot wait to return to catch-up.

Great stay
We had a lovely stay at Waters edge Guest House. Friendly and accommodating staff and a comfortable bed made our break perfect. The breakfast was very nice with several choices, served in a bright and cheerful room facing the seaside. Nice lounge to relax in complete with honesty bar and garden in the back of property for guests.

Great, Brilliant, couldn't wish for more.
Excellent stay. Very friendly and welcoming. Great view of the Isle of Wight, especially The Needles and Lighthouse. We felt completely at home and very comfortable throughout our stay. Could not fault anything during the stay. Great all round feeling, shame we couldn't stay longer.

Beautiful location with the the sea in front of the hotel. Hosts were very welcoming and our stay was very comfortable with a great breakfast in the morning. Recommend a visit.

Very friendly and helpful owner. Could not do enough for us to make our overnight stay an absolute pleasure. She welcomed our little pet dog enthusiastically and everything was relaxed but with exceptional attention to detail. Very trusting,trustworthy and respectful. Loved every minute of our stay and can't wait for another excuse to visit!

Quiet & relaxing in a nice location by the sea. Would happily visit again, maybe next time with the grandchildren. Only thing i'm not a fan of, shower curtains!!

Great location on the sea front at Barton-on-Sea. Good breakfast. Room was fine, but shower could do with some upgrading. Comfortable bed was let down by the quality of bed linen. Just a little work would make this a great b&b.

Fantastic position on cliff. Very friendly and warm welcome by owner. Our room (3) could be a little noisy when people in the next door rooms where showering.

The Waters Edge Guest house was lovely. The staff were welcoming and friendly. The room was comfortable and the bed very cosy. Breakfast was delicious with lots of choice. I would definitely recommend this guest house to everyone.

Sea side supreme.
We had a great stay. The room was comfortable and had a nice view over the garden/Koi pond. The breakfast was great on both days. The staff were friendly and helpful. The Watersedge Guest House is in a great location, literally a few yards from the sea. The parking was ample and the whole experience was a fantastic stress buster. Highly recommended.
