It was ok, could be improved
It seemed a great place once upon a time, but not well maintained (the taps are loose, some of the bulbs are broken and not replaced, jacuzzi button wasn’t working, the terrace was full of fluff). The staff was friendly. It was ok for the price we paid, considering how expensive the other hotels are.

Very helpful staff. Very informative and attentive Unal the front agent gave us a great customer service. My shower at the room needs a deep cleaning. But the experience was excellent overall.

Amazing staff and amazing views. The breakfast was to die for! Although the amazing views mean it’s a little higher up than the city centre, but the views more than make up for it!

The property has a wonderful location at the top of a hill. The views from the hotel are incredible. The hotel itself is centrally located, with lots of restaurants and shops within walking distance. Our rooms were spacious and comfortable. Enjoyed the jacuzzi - very relaxing after a hectic day exploring the sites! The team were incredible. The reception staff were so warm and helpful and couldn’t do enough for us. They really made our stay special! Overall, it was a wonderful experience.

Just spent four amazing nights in Goreme (in the heart of Cappadocia) and this hotel was one of the highlights. The views from the rooftop are outstanding from morning balloons to night time bonfires, and the cave rooms were large and cozy with in-suite fireplaces. The Turkish breakfast on site was delicious, and the hotel staff were incredibly kind and ready to help for any needs we had throughout the stay. 10/10, highly recommended for all travelers!

The view from the hotel is superb.. Excellent facilities like nice hot water, good heating system, really tasty and a great spread of breakfast.. We had a fabulous time.. The owner was very friendly and would stop and chat with all the guests regularly.. Thanks for the amazing experience.

Comfort amongst the caves
Extremely comfortable, breakfast was huge per Turkish custom and the view of the balloons in the morning along with the fireplace in the room made it even wonderful.

Excellent excellent excellent. First I would like to just say thank you so very much to all the staff. Everyone was so kind, hospitable, and professional and I am very grateful for the care I received here. The hotel itself is SO clean, has hot running water, toiletries, wifi, and everything you need for a comfortable stay. They offer laundry service for an affordable price and they clean the room daily and bring packaged towels and toiletries fresh everyday. The views from this hotel are spectacular. I enjoyed watching the balloons in the morning and having hookah and tea at night. Also the morning breakfast on terrace is excellent. The fireplace in the room is also charming and perfect way to end the night. A perfect stay and I will most certainly stay here when I return. Thank you all, God bless and take care!!!

В целом всё понравилось. Удобная, достаточно просторная пещера - номер 8 делюкс. Общение с персоналом отличное, помогали всегда, все желания исполнили. Выбрали этот отель именно из-за его расположения, он конечный по дороге - не шумно, с обзорной площадки отеля вид отличный. Вечером в большом тагане разводят огонь, можно пить чай, вино и наслаждаться...

Fantastic place with amazing view
Staff was very friendly and helpful. Tasty breakfast included. Great location on the top of the hill overlooking city of Goreme. Perfect location to take outstanding photos. The rooms are good size and gives you A real feel of living in a cave.

Nice staff and views, but hot tub isn’t working my room smells musty, air conditioner doesn’t get very cold and the electronics in the room have extremely bright lights even when not on that make it hard to sleep at all

We LOVED this hotel, the location and the service. Getting up early morning is a must to see the air-balloons taking off. Some of the even come really close to the terrace of the hotel. However, my room was so perfect, that we didn't need to go to the terrace to appreciate the spectacular view. This hotel is walking distance from the center of Goreme, just have to walk down a long set of stair. (if you're not good with stairs, you could have a nice stop in the landing/terrace, or just drive down to town) The service of the hotel included offering the different tours around the city, including the air-balloon one. I feel bad for not remembering his name, but he suggested 5 different operator letting us choose whichever we prefer. There was no pressure from there part to choose an specific one, which I appreciated a lot. We chose Deluxe because suppose to be a small group of 12, and at the end it was even better with a group of 8 and a good pilot. The only small critic from this hotel, which is a comment we directly gave to the manager, it was the breakfast's juice. It wasn't juice but Clay, and I personally don't like it. I think it doesn't cost much to have at least regular orange juice. The value of the hotel is great for what you get. Is not extremely expensive as other, and our room was super cozy. We are living in Ankara and I have pass their info to all our friends. 100% recommended !

Great view, super friendly staff
Make sure you reserve for the lower number rooms, which are located on higher levels and closer to the reception. Our room was unfortunately on the lower levels, and we had to climb over a hundred steps to get to the reception. But it was definitely worth it because on the higher levels, the view over the town of goreme is just breathtaking. Make sure you go out on the patio in the early mornings, around 6:00, even if you are not planning to go on the balloon tour, because you can see hundreds of balloons lifting off lighting up the nights of Capadoccia. The staff are super friendly and will help you with any travel arrangements and others. Special thanks to Huseyin, who was a big help for us throughout our stay, and for being a super friend. I would definitely return to this venue, hopefully to a higher-level room, and recommend it to friends.

An amazing travel in Goreme with Traveller's Cave Hotel! Lovely host and comfortable room left me impressive memory. Also, the host is enthusiasm to send postcards for us. You can see wonderful view just outside your room because this hotel is nearly on the top of the hill. An enjoyable experience!

Excellent Location / Amazing Views/ Unique
We thoroughly enjoyed this hotel. The manager, Hakan Kumral was really OUTSTANDING. He made our stay really easy. Helped us book balloon tour, city tour, airport transfers, and even took time to give us some history of the geology. Location is up high. Cave rooms are really unique. View is super. Very close to town. There are approx, 80 or 90 steps to walk to town. Would highly recommend Seten for dinner. Very close by.
