The rating of 8.8 is fraudulent. The whole place is overwhelmed by the sickening scents of disinfectant and cleaning chemicals. It's hard for me to breathe. If it weren't for the 8.8 rating I saw on Expedia, I would have chosen the nearby Holiday Inn. Disappointed. A trip wrecker.

The hotel had no record of our reservation when we got here. Fortunately they had a room. Doesn’t give us a very comfortable feeling using Expedia if the reservations aren’t there.

I was mad, cause when i checked in i got charged for the room. I already paid for the room when i booked it. So why was i charged again when checking in

We were satisfied with everything about the stay. We were there 1 night with our children. We got the suite that could sleep 5. Breakfast was excellent.

The man at counter when we checked in was very friendly and and went above and beyond to make sure breakfast was out early so that all the kids could eat before they had to leave for a competition. The room was clean and comfortable.

The pool “heater” was out and was probably 55° and so we couldn’t swim but the one night. Guy at the front desk was very nice but had very messy attire on. His shirt had burn holes from cigarettes, everyone always seemed to take smoke breaks which lingered into the hotel, there were also kids running around the pool area and then going into the workout room soaking wet messing with the equipment and their parents weren’t even paying attention. The staff member mentioned above was standing there not doing anything about it either. The hot tub was disgustingly dirty. You could see stuff floating around in it and there were no towels to dry off with there either. The cleaning lady that was of much older age was an absolute sweetheart. She took care of any and everything we needed and spoke very kindly. She definitely deserves a raise and a promotion. The stay overall I’d give like a 3.1/5 not the worst hotel I’ve been in but not the best for the money I’ve spent.

The attendant at the front desk acted as though he was doing you a favor to check you in. There was no hot water for tea. There are no longer complimentary upgrades or welcome bags for rewards members. Things have changed (for the worse) since Choice Hotels acquired Raddison.

Disgusting bathrooms
We stayed a night because we are moving to a town close. The bathroom floor was disgusting and it looked like there was urine in the grout on the floor. It smelled. Rust on the ceiling. The carpet was filthy. The paint was peeling off the doors and walls and it was overall distgusting. The bath faucet leaks. i will never stay there again and i will.make sure the friends i have visit dont stay there.

Overall it's a decent hotel. The king bed suite had a comfortable bed but felt a bit dated. The smoke detectors flash light so this did make it difficult to fall asleep. Looks like a previous occupant put a bandaid over the light to try and block the light but it didn't help. Breakfast and staff were nice!

This hotel was very nice on the inside and very clean! Impressed with the super friendly staff and their customer service! Outside was a little dated but that is to be expected with an older property.

A nice clean room, but some areas need attention. Rust on some of the metal frames in the bathroom and one light fixture on the wall appeared to be bent. Loved the parking, and quiet room and hallways. Great breakfast setup! My wife is in a wheelchair and although one man helped open the front door for us, no one offered any extra assistance if we would have needed it.
