From pre-check in messages to a an easy check out, this is one of the best hotels. Great, quiet location in the Capitol View area. Good restaurants within walking distance, as well as parks and walking trails. Very clean. Super comfy beds (soft, but supportive). Rooftop bar area is very nice with great views.NIce breakfast. Good areas in which to lounge and relax.

A little further than we liked to get to Broadway. Rooms air conditioning turned off throughout the night so it did get warm and no air movement. Wish breakfast was until 11:00 am not 10:00 am. Overall hotel was clean and staff was super friendly.

I don’t understand why after you pay so much for a room and everything else you do is so expensive, then you have to pay $40 a night to park in their parking garage. That should be included in your stay.

The check-in process was fast and easy. The rooms were very clean. The breakfast was great. Tons of options. The rooftop bar was nice and they have a happy hour which was a lot of fun. Overall, great place to stay in Nashville.

This property was really nice. It was too far to walk to Broadway but with Uber it made it doable. The staff was so nice and a shout out to Michelle for helping me with finding a cold enough refrigerator and freezer to store my medication.

The property was a great location & within walking distance to downtown attractions. Free continential breakfast was good every day. Our hotel room was nice. Areas to improve - there is no fan in the bathroom so when you take a shower everything gets fogged up and no ventilation. Also housekeeping comes every other day which is fine, but on our 3rd day I had to ask to exchange some towels and our room was not on the list to be done. The housekeeper exchanged them but it was odd we werent on the list by our 3rd day. Overall, nice area, nice hotel & would stay again.

This is a gorgeous property. It’s is very clean and in a nice part of town. There are restaurants and shops you can walk to. The staff does an amazing job keeping this property nice and inviting.

2nd review had 2 rooms was not able to check out due to front desk doing commercial, charged 2 x for parking and Hilton points not put on, spoke to front desk today I have to call now because check out happened Our check out was on a post note and were told all would be taken care of. Great!
Very clean hotel, and very nice staff! There was a pretty loud late night train nearby somewhere, and could hear my hotel room next door neighbor snoring. But otherwise, great play to stay and convenient!

Stuck in Nashville in a greatly accomodating hotel
We were stuck 2 extra days in Nashville due to the 7 inches of snow that was received. It was very seamless to extend our stay in the same room. The complimentary breakfast and the Sky Bar on the 10th floor both contributed to a great stay.

The stay was great. Hotel location was perfect and the room was nice outside of a slight almost mildew type smell (which we didn't report). Our issue was, they charged us $131 for parking even though we had no car. We flew in and took rideshares everywhere. The desk staff never even asked if we had a vehicle there. I didn't find out about the charge until I saw it on my bank statement which made me look at the final receipt closer. I have now talked to Customer Service twice and have been told that I have to wait up to a month to receive a check in the mail. So, they overcharged me and stole my money and I'm having to wait a month to get my money back and they aren't willing to do anything for me and told me I just have to wait.

We were in Nashville for a show downtown and had to bring our 65-lb puppy due to lack of boarding options (that dog virus). This Hampton Inn was lovely and actually dog-friendly, meaning it has green space right out front! There is a sizeable dog park about a block north, just past the Airstream selling delightful espresso beverages. Hotel staff were knowledgeable and welcoming. Breakfast was warm and varied - waffles, eggs, oatmeal fixins, bagels and pastries, juices and coffee...really a nice spread. Our only issue was that it is extremely quiet, so if you have a furry friend who's never stayed in a hotel and wants to bark at any unfamiliar sound, be sure to download a green noise app!

Great place to stay if you're passing through.
This is an amazing hotel. Looks and feels brand new and is in a great location if you're traveling or passing through. Right off the Fwy and has a great parking structure that allows you to enter/exit without going outside. It was very quiet and the staff was friendly. My only negative comment is the free breakfast. It's becoming not worth trying to eat at these free breakfast hotels. Food is rarely there. You have to wait and it's not very good but that's pretty much anywhere I've gone. Other than that this is definitely a great stay.

Nice stay
We stayed four nights and our room was clean, breakfast was decent and had a variety to choose from each day, parking was easy, staff was friendly…only thing that was not the best was the comfort of the bed and that’s an issue many places. There were so many good qualities to this hotel that we would definitely stay at this Hampton again.
