The only reason the room you were assign to had a regular key not because the hotel isn't safe its a safe place your right in the middle of 2 main police precincts also the property has 12 closed circuit cameras that is views 24/7. you enter the room and was in there for about 20 minutes and then came and ask for a new top blanket and it was provided for you. I do room checks everyday and that bed was clean. I don't know what happen while you and your guest were in the room. I do value all of the guest that's choose to stay with use. if the bed wasn't we due to you when y'all checked in I don't think you would've came to get a new blanket you would've just left.

This Duane the manager at Days Inn. I went and looked back at your reservation and it showed me you were a No Show. We do honor online reservation and you were not charged double. I tried calling you personally myself a couple times and left you a message to see exactly what happen but I didn't get an answer no a call back. If you will please call me back on the number that I left on your voicemail.

Im sorry your trip didn't go as planned and im glad I reached out to you to see what happened and why you left the type of review you left and to know that you ere rating your trip overall and that the review wasn't for us because you never made it to our hotel to stay. I will follow up with Expedia to get it removed due to the fact this rating was for a part of your trip that didn't have anything todo with us.
