Very nice and clean hotel, room is not very big but meeting the expectation. Employees are nice, and there is a restaurant next door, very convenient.

Perfect location when visiting Les Grand Buffet
Perfect place to stay for one night. Like most travelers, we were visiting Les Grand buffet which is a 2 minute drive from the hotel. Check in was a breeze. Nice staff, clean rooms but small rooms. Just barely enough room for two people. Recommend staying here!

No elevator, paid tax upon checking in with cash but it wasn’t recorded and they tried to collect it again when I checked out.

Good Hotel.... half board not good value so avoid
Lovely hotel all covid measures in place. Food in Resturant good. Breakfast continental But wide choice. My only tip(gripe) would be DO NOT choose half board rate as we paid extra £38 GBP for evening meal, (thinking under these covid times best to eat at hotel) but we could only choose from the 15.50 EUROS menu (Limited time 3 choices, Nowhere on website could we find any menus for half board before we booked so our mistake) Rest of menu was a lot better and choices excellent so if we had realised we could have had a meal of choice Would not have opted for just Bed & breakfast) when queried with hotel manager her reply was they do not make any money from sites like Hotels.com and other hotel booking sites that is the price, therefore not good value for money.

We chose this property because of it's convenient location to the highway. The room we booked was described as two beds - one double, one single. Upon arrival, we were told that the single bed was a foldout, which was extremely small, and had a wooden overhang on one side, which made it even smaller. It is really only good for a child, but they didn't have any other rooms with two beds. It was uncomfortable, and the room was tiny itself, with hardly any space to even put luggage on the floor. There is stable working WiFi and ample parking. Check out was a challenge, as there was no one at the desk for over 20 minutes.

On arrival the first room had been previously occupied by a smoker, the smell was quite bad, reception changed our room, this was our 4th visit to this hotel and it was certainly not as good as we had come to expect. Also having paid in full via Expedia our paperwork stated including taxes, the receptionist insisted this was not included, so we stayed our night but doubt will will use Ibis again

The hotel staff are friendly but rooms sizes are smaller than other Ibis hotels. Natural museum and safari park is nearby .

This was an ideal place to stay for a visit to the amazing Grand Buffets restaurant just up the road. A clean value for money hotel with friendly staff.

Ibis Narbonne - cold night in April
The key card got stuck in the room door lock, so had to get help from the front desk. Stayed one night in April, the weather was cold and there was no heat in the room. There was a heater under the desk but it did not work.

Not the best Ibis that I stayed in but not the worst either. In my room I couldn't left the window without the black courting because it was behind a post light..... room I could say that was in the small size...

Conveniently located just off the main border road
24 hour reception and 24 hour food available. Really comfortable and right next to the main road through France. Perfect for a stop over when travelling.

Room was clean and tidy, staff were helpful despite little English being spoken. The big drawback was the rooms are tiny. The bed takes up almost the whole room. The bathroom is tiny, you had to step around the toilet to get through the bathroom door. A very creative use of space.

Good, hotel with very friendly & efficient staff.
We arrived early, around 10.30a.m after a very long journey. We were greeted by a very friendly and helpful receptionist who did her best to find us an available room, to allow us to check in before the specified time of midday. This allowed us to get some rest, before looking around Narbonne. Our whole visit was very pleasant and the entire staff were extremely friendly and efficient. The hotel, although a little dated in decor is very clean and the beds are extremely comfortable and give a good night's sleep, it is also within easy reach of the centre of Narbonne.

A good Ibis hotel with friendly staff. An ideal overnight stay on our journey down through France. The adjoining restaurant was fine for dinner and the breakfast was very adequate

We often stay in this hotel but this time we had problems with the hot water service which seemed to run out after 8pm at night. Due to this they credited us with two breakfasts without us asking for the credit and we appreciated this courtesy. As well, we brought our own pillows because the hotel pillows are uncomfortable to sleep on.
