“Cheap and clean”

Cheap - everything, but clean. Cheap folks,, it is better than expected, but I don't expect much for what I paid.

“Economical beach vacation”

The motel is clean and the pool is very nice with a large tiki hut pavillion where a light breakfast is served, or it is available day and night for the guest to use. The motel is convenient to the Old Naples area and downtown shopping, and close to the beach. The room was clean and comfortable and my expectations were met for a seven day stay at an economical price. I plan to stay there on my next visit to Naples.

Area recommendations

Old Naples, the downtown 5th Avenue shops, the City Dock and shops and restaurants, the beach areas with the Naples pier and several public beach areas.

“very friendly and quiet place”

very nice --breakfast could have a few more choices--very clean and desk people very friendly and polite--I would book it again if in the area

“disappointed”

We got there later in the evening, If you get there after 10PM you have to call so they can arrange a key. What kind of place closes the desk at 10PM?. When we got into the room, and sat on the bed, the mattress just went right thru the frame to the floor (frame was not adjusted properly. We got another room and a similar thing happened, but not the same degree of misfitting frame. Next day, we got back to the room at 6:30 PM, and no one had cleaned or made up the room. The front desk apologized and gave us fresh towels to bring back!! Their so called breakfast was tea / coffee / juice and bread and bagels for toasting. We were there for 4 mornings, and always went out to a restaurant for breakfast. A Marriott Courtyard was just down the street, we should have gone there.

“Cute little place”

I went here with my fiance for a relaxing getaway and it was a good choice. The staff was really helpful when I had questions about the area and the best places to hit the beach and it all had a comforting feeling. The only complaint is the bathroom is really small, but when I go on vacation I'm not planning to stay in my room all the time so it wasn't a big deal. Overall I would stay here again.

“Excellent Value!!”

This hotel was excellent value for what it was, the rooms and hotel were very clean the room was very charming and had everything we needed! Would definaltey recommend this hotel to anyone!!

“A fair good hotel in Naple”

It was a cheap and nice motel. It is fine if you plan on staying for a very short time. I would recommend this one. If you plan to stay more than 2-3 nights then you should reconsider on this motel. The room was clean and the location was an A+++. It's about 10minutes from downtown naples if you take a taxi. The bed was a bit rough for me, but "you will get what you pay what you pay for". Overall, it is good motel in term of price and its location.

“Will go back”

The guy on the check in was very friendly. The room was clean and in a good condition. we wil go back if we are in this area again! we were impressed to get such a good room for that cheap price!
