Relaxing week in the sun
Had a lovely holiday in Nans les Pins. Sabine was a warm and helpful host despite our very late arrival (thanks BA)! It was great to spend a week eating outside, sunbathing and swimming in the pool- our girls had a great time.

Lovely Provence farmhouse
Lovely Provence farmhouse—cozy and tucked in woods with private pool. A wonderful, quiet family vacation. Highly recommend for any family or couple looking for a tranquil break. The house is small but large enough for a family of four. The nearby village of Nans-les-Pins has groceries, butcher, pastries, and a few small cafes. Owners are next door for questions and were absolutely lovely as could be.

The perfect French countryside getaway
We researched locations in Provence to escape our busy life in the US and provide our two young children with a unique experience. Nans les Pins was the perfect place! And this was an ideal property. Peaceful and simple, yet lacking no modern need (like a washing machine, dishwasher, gorgeous private pool, and extremely comfortable accommodations). The family living on the estate was warm, helpful, and very respectful of our privacy. We hiked, swam, travelled, ate delicious local food, and had a wonderful time. Centrally located to travel throughout the region — Goult, Marseilles, Aix… all wonderful day trips. Thank you, Sabine and family, for being so kind to us. A vacation to remember!

Bans les Pins has a good Spar, boulangerie and pizza restaurant.

Great location and very helpful owners
I rented this property for 6 weeks in preparation for moving to the Cote D'Azur for work purposes. The owners have been very helpful towards me and my dog and made my first few weeks living in France a success. I would recommend this property for a couple or a small family, there is a lot of sleeping area however the internal seating area would be small for 5 adults

lovely week in Provence
This cozy farmhouse was the perfect home-base for a week in Provence. The house is comfortable, well-equipped, and had more than enough space for our family of three (plus two small dogs). Our private pool was great - refreshing and clean, and we made good use of the barbecue by the pool house for some great pool-side dinners. The charming village of Nan les Pins is a short drive (or nice walk) away from the house, and there are a ton of activities a short distance away. Thank you to Sabine and her family for sharing their property with us!

Provence herzlich!!!
Sabine und Ihr Mann waren immer sehr freundlich, zurückhaltend aber sehr hilfsbereit, obwohl man direkt neben den Vermietern wohnt ist man völlig frei und ,,ungestört‘‘. Das Grundstück ist wunderbar, weitläufig und sowohl für Kinder als auch Hunde😉 sehr geeignet. Wir alle haben bei den durchschnittlichen 30 bis 35 Grad den eigenen, sehr großzügig gestalteten Pool sehr genossen! Es sind mehrere Hunde auf dem Gelände trotzdem konnten wir unseren Labrador bald frei rumlaufen lassen, Sabine hat sich daran nie gestört, uns eher ermutigt. Nans-les-Pins ist der perfekte Ausgangspunkt um die Provence zu entdecken, etwas Fahrzeit mit eingerechnet. Direkt in der Nähe ist eine berühmte Wallfahrtsgrotte, die man mit einer wunderbaren Wanderung auf das Massiv vereinbaren kann, nicht verpassen! Für Radfahrer ohne Angst vor Höhenmeter ebenfalls viele wunderbare Strecken direkt in der Nähe! Kurzum, wir bedanken uns für wunderbare 3 Wochen bei Ihnen und können allen hier diesen wunderbaren Urlaubsort nur sehr ans Herz legen! Vielen Dank Sabine!

Excellent séjour en Provence
Très bon accueil de Sabine la propriétaire qui a su nous donner de bons conseils sur les lieux à voir aux alentours. La maison correspond tout à fait aux photos. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans ce mas provençal typique avec son agréable piscine. Pensez juste à apporter des produis anti moustiques (même si une prise est déjà prévue dans la maison) mais ils font parti des vacances nous le savons bien.

Merveilleux domaine
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans un environnement magnifique. La petite maison est très agréable et bien équipée. La piscine était très froide (début de l'automne) mais bénéficie d'un bel environnement bien ensoleillé, chaises longues, pool house avec barbecue, table et chaises. Madame Cerutti est très sympathique. Notre seul regret est de n'avoir pas pu rester plus longtemps. Mais nous reviendrons, c'est certain !

Beautiful and peaceful!
We visited this very charming little house, which is also beautifully decorated as a family of four. The house is adjacent to the landlords, Sabine and Claude, who live right next door on this incredible estate. Both are extremely kind and helpful and we enjoyed the quick chats (practising our terrible French). It has a lovely farmhouse feeling staying there, our kids enjoyed the cats, dogs, pigeons, chicken etc. There is a lot to discover- and if you are willing to drive, the coastal towns and the calanques are a "must-see". Merci!!

Das Ferienhaus entspricht den Fotos. Die Ausstattung ist in Ordnung, alles nötige ist vorhanden. Das Doppelbett war für unseren Geschmack etwas zu klein. Vor allem die Umgebung um das Haus und der Pool waren eine Bereicherung. Die Tiere auf dem Grundstück haben es unserer kleinen Tochter ebenfalls sehr angetan. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und diskret, jedoch immer für einen Plausch zu haben. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Uriges provenzialisches Ferienhaus, traumhafte Terrasse unter Lindenbaum. Eigener Pool. Ursprüngliches Dorf, schöne Wanderwege unmittelbar am Ferienhaus. Nächster Strand (La Ciotat ,Cassis) ca. 30 min. mit dem PKW. Sehr nette Vermieter. Hoffentlich bald wieder!

Nice pool but rather expensive for a relative small house
The highlight is the pool with a nice little house and a gas barbecue to have dinner. The swimming pool is 25 meters from the house, there is no wifi at the pool.The house is as shown in the pictures but rather small: two bedrooms and a kitchen. There is wifi but not very fast. On the downside: there were every day (!) parties with 10+ people and music in the garden of the owner, next to the house, which we found a bit strange. Cycling in the neighboorhood is nice but there is not too much to do in the close neighbourhood. We ended up driving to the coast and to other places almost every day. Would not immediately recommend to others.

Indeed, there is no wifi at the pool but as a reminder it is 60 meters from the house that it is connected. I am surprised that you have not had the opportunity to find places to visit but I think it would have been wise to ask me for advice that could have improved your comfort. The house is 90m2, it’s noted on the ad.Actually, I took the liberty of setting up the music for a few minutes to prepare the party my son was organizing after you left. You should have known these moments were bothering you. We could have talked about it if you had taken the time to say hello to me when you left, but you didn’t think it was necessary to do so.I want you to know that I am very disappointed in your attitude.

Echte Ferien in der Provence
In idyllischer Lage mit einem fantastischen Blick auf das Bergmassiv haben wir eine Woche entspannen können. Lediglich die Zufahrtsstraße erinnerte etwas an die Rally Paris-Dakar. Sehr nette Vermieter. Für Menschen mit einer Körpergröße > 1,80 m gibt es im Haus ein paar Stellen, an den man sich Beulen holen kann. So ist es eben, wenn das Gebäude aus dem 18. Jahrhundert stammt.

Très bel endroit
Gîte conforme aux photos. Très beau gîte très bien aménagé et équipé. Très agréable en pleine nature. De très belles randonnées autour. La mer à 45 min magnifique. Les commerces sont à proximités. Le pool housse est très agréable barbecue transat... Nous n avons pas pu utiliser la piscine car trop froide et il n y a pas de bâche pour eviter que les feuilles et autres tombent dedans. Les propriétaires habitent la maison mitoyenne ça reste calme. On peut suivre leurs conversations lorsque nous sommes dans la chambre lit double. Les lits sont confortables. Le gîte est bien chauffé nous avons apprécié car c était la période des saints de glaces qui ont bien portés leurs noms cette année ! Nous avons passés un très bon séjour au calme et au vert ! Nous reviendrons avec plaisir ! Un grand merci pour la préservation des lieux et pour l'accueil !

Je suis très heureuse que vous gardiez un excellent souvenir de votre passage au Jas de Rouquier. Effectivement la météo n’a pas été clémente avec vous et ne permettait pas d’envisager une baignade. Ce sont les aléas.... pour rappel la piscine est équipée d’un robot automatique de nettoyage qui est très facile d’utilisation et permet de conserver celle-ci dans un état de propreté absolue. Au plaisir de vous accueillir à nouveau. SABINE.

Charmantes Landhaus in der Provence
Das Landhaus liegt sehr schön und ruhig am Waldrand, aber noch in der Nähe von Nans-les-Pins. Es ist einfach, aber geschmackvoll und charmant eingerichtet. Alles was man braucht um sich wohlzufühlen ist da. Der Pool ist super. Die Eigentümer wohnen nebenan und sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Die Lage des Ortes ist perfekt für Ausflüge mit dem Auto nach Marseille, Aix-en-Provence sowie an die Küste. Wir haben einen wunderschönen Urlaub verbracht.

Luxusleben auf dem Land - Le grand luxe dans la campagne
Das Haus entspricht in allem der Beschreibung im Inserat. Es ist wunderschön eingerichtet, umgeben von einem riesigen Grundstück. Der Swimmingpool ist gepflegt und steht einem ausschließlich zur Verfügung. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Wir hatten unseren Hund dabei und er konnte draußen frei laufen. Die Vermieter haben auch 2 Hunde, diese können aber nicht auf den Teil des Grundstücks, auf dem das Haus ist. Obwohl es an das Haupthaus angebaut ist, ist man für sich und ungestört. Ein Auto sollte vorhanden sein, da die Lage ländlich ist. Nans-les-Pins ist ein süßer Ort. Sonntags ist Markt. Es gibt diverse Geschäfte. Für einen großen Suüermarkt muss man etwas fahren. Wir haben absolut nichts zu beanstanden und würden jederzeit wiederkommen. La maison correspond en tout à la description de l'annonce. Il est joliment décoré, entouré d'un immense terrain. La piscine est bien entretenue et est exclusivement disponible. Les propriétaires sont très gentils et accomodeants. Nous avions notre chien avec nous et il était libre de courir dehors. Les propriétaires ont également 2 chiens, mais ceux-ci ne peuvent pas appartenir à la propriété où se trouve la maison. Bien qu’il soit rattaché à la maison principale, on est seul et tranquille. Une voiture devrait être présente car l'emplacement est rural. Nans-les-Pins est un endroit charmant. Le dimanche est le marché. Il y a plusieurs magasins. Pour un grand supermarché, il faut conduire un peu. Nous n'avons absolument rien à redire et reviendrons à tout moment.
