It’s a wonderful fairly new hotel with a great little restaurant. The staff were all wonderful and there was free secured parking. But the neighbourhood isn’t one you’d feel safe walking around in at night. It’s centrally located and I would stay there again – but you will want to drive most places

Very quiet, 10 minute walk to the convention centre, staff was very friendly, secure parking, blockout blinds, no carpets in the rooms which makes it easier to clean, newer property so everything worked.

Clean and friendly - good location for ferry access. Had to park on the street in front of hotel as underground parking does not accommodate an SUV with a Tulle topper height wise.

Staff upon check in lovely. Nice to have gated underground parking at no extra charge. Room was fine, bed ok. View out the window was gross.

The hotel is very new. Bed comfortable and very clean. The breakfast at the restaurant was excellent. Great service, made sure we had everything we needed. She was very attentive and looked after several tables and tables were cleaned as soon as customers left. Coffee refills and hot water for teapot was there when neededMy omelet was so fluffy and tasty. My sister's eggs benedict was lovely. Food was served hot. No complaints at all.

Very clean and spacious room with kitchenette. Rooms are modern and comfortable and felt more like an apartment. Quiet neighbourhood but close to restaurants. Staff were super friendly and helpful. There is a small breakfast place which was nice. Parking was free and convenient. Would stay there again.

Hotel was very clean and new. I don’t know area well but I don’t know if it is in best area ?? Limited parking at hotel however we were able to get a spot in fairly secure parade rather than street… happy about that. restaurant not open when we checked in at 5:30 ish although the flyer in room said it was open from 7-7. Hotel was very clean!!! Our needs were met

Property was average. In a really odd spot. Lots of homeless around. Beds arent great. Noisy rooms- fridge, auto fan in bathroom, and heating/cooling unit.

The hotel was very clean Staff very friendly and helpful. Great little breakfast restaurant. Good value at this pricepoint. I did not realize how much the area around it had deteriorated. I would not be comfortable eslkibv around at night. Although there is a gate for the convenient free parking, thieves could still access from sides. I wondered each morning if my car would be broken into. I would still stay here again. Just be sure not to leave anything visible in car. It is a good location for visiting downtown by foot during day and for driving to VIU.

Stayed 4 nights to visit my kids. The room was comfortable and clean, hotel was quiet and the parking was good. Location was perfect for what I needed. The restaurant onsite was excellent. I will definitely stay again. No housekeeping the whole time I was there, but when I asked for some items they happily gave them to me. The front desk wasn’t very friendly but got the job done.

Shower door leaked water all over the floor and bathroom door you can see water damage on the bathroom door. My truck was too high to fit in underground parking, no outside parking. But most truck will fit so ok.

The property is quite new and no major issues noted. What made my nights quite sleepless, mostly the first one is the heating unit being very noise, like a big engine starting every 15 min. That was waking me up every time. I asked for a change of room and was given one where actually I could sleep some.
