Don't be fooled by the pictures. Like all advertising, they show you their best. While the lobby area is fine, once you get to your room you will be severely disappointed. The curtains are torn, the toilets have rings and stains. I don't think they know what clorox is. The rooms need serious renovation.

FANTABULOUS STAY AT THE 5 Star hotel in Naga City.
It was simply wonderful amazing to move to Avenue Hotel and see the difference in service and ambience after the cupboard of a room at a nearby hotel at the same price!

Good hotel in a hidden location behind a mini mall
Wonderful hotel. The reception needs more smile-training and more staff. Our room has very obvious maintenance problems, paints and wall paper peeling off. Hotel in general in great condition. Asking for a late check out is like begging even though we were transferring to another room. Hotel is not easily seen from the main road as it is hidden behind a mini mall with the same name.

This is certainly the best hotel in Naga and it lived up to my expectations. The staff were efficient and nice and the hotel has a very worthwhile gym and large pool. The hotel transfer to and from the airport was great. One day there was an issue with the WiFi but guests were kept updated. I would definitely stay again if in Naga.

Stayed in the Avenue For 2 Nights. Our Go To Place in Bicol 😀 PROS: 1. Great Location near Shakeys, Starbucks, Chef Doy (Really Yummy Bicolano Food) 2. STAFF are simply the Best!!!Warm, Welcoming, Friendly and Very Accommodating 🙂😀 3. Rooms are Nice 4. Business Center with Aircon, where you can do Office Work. 5. Fast Internet CONS: 1. Food definitely NEEDS IMPROVEMENT! Cold food. Not yummy. 2. Housekeeping: Pillow cases some have tears and holes. Curtains need to be changed as well. 3. Maintenance: Bathroom drains are clogged. 4. Extra Bed : not worth the charge of P1,500. because you only get a cot /not a mattress. Not comfortable at all.

We stayed in Avenue Plaza hotel twice in the span of 10 days: The hotel’s staff from the person opening the door to the person cleaning our rooms were kind, professional and have accommodated all our needs when possible. Reservation staffs whom I’ve emailed numerous times for requests, needs chasing up since they don’t answer emails promptly, although most my requests have been met. However, they seemed to improve responding to emails afterwards. 1st: 2 nights stay: Stayed in a room facing the river. Double room was spacious, a personalised letter to welcome us was left on a table with some pili tarts and cold refreshing drinks. Bed was comfortable, pillows soft and sheets and linens were clean although the soft-furnishings like curtains were tatty and ripped. The only problem we have in this room is the noise from the neighbourhood opposite the river! The dogs were incessantly barking and the cockerels continuously crowing from very early morning. If you want a peaceful nights sleep avoid being placed near the river.
