Staff was never at the desk. I wasn’t able to be checked in until after I called several times while standing at the desk. The tv remote didn’t work and the smart tv wouldn’t connect to The WiFi. I couldn’t watch anything. Overall service was terrible and I’ve stayed in all different quality of stays ; hotels motels etc.

The outside of the building looked promising...and then I went in. The first thing that took me by surprise was that since I paid in cash (U.S. legal tender) I was required to give them a $100 deposit, also U.S. legal tender. Although I understand the concept, it would be nice to know that upfront on their site. Then, I get to the room...The ceiling was miscolored, either from a previous leak or mold, or both. The caulk around the tub had mold or mildew on it. The shower head would not move! There was no comforter on the bed, it felt more like a curtain. The hallway smelled better than the room. Went to check the pool out...don't believe the photo on their site, it was more the size of a hot tub. I did get my deposit back and the room was just (okay) for one night. I wouldn't stay more than one though. I myself will not be returning to this particular Super 8 in the future.

It’s was ok but not one I’ll book to stay at again, i disliked the slow elevator, toilets never fully flush and appears it wants to overflow, bed cover felt like the curtains they used for the room’s window coverage, and last but not least some meth/ crack head, red neck came out with a attitude because people parked within a spot that wasn’t labeled none parking just 2 cones that looked like something that fell from a visitor’s pickup truck or work truck, his attitude will be the reason something happens to him but other than that it was conveniently close to the mall as well as beach.

Convenient to nearby attractions like Myrtle beach, broadway downtown.., room is clean and best room service, we had some issues water blockage at sync, but front desk staff responded, Randy fixed the issue, staff is very friendly, but bit waiting time and queue at front desk. Breakfast also ok, fruits like apple, banana, and cereals corn flakes , cheerios, milk, cream bun rolls, chocolate muffins, juices apple, orange, coffee, timings are 5:30AM to 9AM.
