I'm not sure if some of these reviews are fake or what not, but this was by far not a great hotel. You definitely get what you pay for and it's average at best. Not very clean from top to bottom. That said, the staff was nice and that does make a difference! Otherwise, It's the Best Western.

This hotel has the most friendly, patient and caring staff. It is clean and quiet, and it offers a nice breakfast and 24-hour hot beverages in the lobby.

get away to see the lights at BrookGardens
Book a room that says handicap, never in my life seem a bed that was around 36" off the floor. My wife with a metal replacement hip had a hard time getting in such a high bed. The room was clean. But it did lack a tabletop to set your luggage off the floor. Tub/shower had hand shower located at 4' foot up. so, a taller person taking shower it hit your chest height. Breakfast was lacking yogurt all four days, 2 days they only used 1 steamer instead of 2 for hot breakfast food. little lacking on selection of breakfast food. Building was clean inside and out. Windows had a dark window tint on all doors and windows. Overall since it was clean, no smells, Staff seem friendly. Would give it a B+,

quick, courteous, efficient check-in. Comfortable and spacious room. Good bed for a good night's rest. nice bathroom. Near good restaurants (Habaneros Mexican within walking distance). so-so breakfast.

Overall pretty good for the money, recent upgrades on the bed sheets and covers, bathrooms are well used but usually clean, carpets are worn and stained and could definitely use an upgrade, but overall decent. Staff has always been very professional and helpful.

Would never stay here again
The room smelled terrible from cigarettes and when we asked the front desk the only thing offered was to spray with Lysol which did nothing. The outlet for the coffee maker had to be manipulated with a piece of cardboard, the lighting in the bathroom was terrible, each time we left the key cards stopped working.

Police banging on door middle of night. Hotel needs an update. Dark bathroom. Super skimpy towels. Just one switch for Light and fan. Fan very loud. Toilet didn’t flush one day. Comfy bed. Very clean shower. Air conditioner worked very well.
