"After our 1st day, I jokingly told my wife that, literally the only thing I could even begin to complain about was the shower head. I kid you not, when we got in the next day,…new shower head (total coincidence). Staff was so helpful and friendly. Breakfast was AWESOME and all the recommendations the staff made were excellent. Location is incredible. "

"From reservations to checkout, this place was exceptional. We had to change our reservations due to family issues and Kevin at the desk was soooo friendly and helpful! He got us back on track and spoke excellent English, a great plus. We stayed 3 nights. The room had everything we needed, was clean, air conditioned and very comfortable. The staff and owners, extremely friendly. My husband thought he’d lost his eyeglasses. Someone must have found them and after we’d gone to sleep, the owner attached them to our doorknob and slipped a note under the door to let us know! Talk about service! And the restaurant was terrific too. The setting overlooks the Caribbean and you can have complementary tea and coffee all day long and sit and read if you just want to relax as we sometimes did. The breakfast omelettes were cooked to our specifications and served with delicious fresh fruits. The dinner items we had, delicious and the presentation like little works of art. This kind of food would be monster expensive in the states, but EXTREMELY reasonable here. They also have pretty lighting on the tables and the whole restaurant feels simply magical in the evening. You have lots of choices for restaurants in Bocas, but in our opinions, this is the one not to miss! We can’t wait to return! Thanks to the entire staff and owners for a lovely three days!"

"Lovely ocean view suite which was nice, quiet and peaceful to watch the days go by while working. Although early check-in wasn't available, there is luggage storage and access to the common lounge/restaurant area which was a beautifully decorated space to enjoy with the water swing, floaties and access to swim right from the deck. The front desk team were extremely friendly and helpful with checking in on stay and providing local information with tours. I loved that there was filtered water available to guests to reduce plastic bottles. Although one night the water cut-off but this is common on the island as they depend on rain so use mindfully. The included breakfast was also nice with international vegetarian options. Would not hesitate to stay here again, although it is a bit on the higher end if wanting the overwater rooms."

"This was a really spectacular stay as the room was spacious/clean and had a fridge, tv, air conditioning, good wifi, safe, hot water, and a deck (for the specific room provided). There was a great pool in the courtyard in a private space. There is also breakfast in the adjacent Japanese restaurant that serves a morning buffet from 7-10am with good options for omelet, braised chicken, pastries, ham/cheese, and coffee/tea/juice for a good value. Ali (spelling... sorry) was super informative during check-in and she kindly remembered to wish a happy birthday which I appreciated. The rest of the ladies there are very friendly and smiling to welcome you; the gentlemen not so much but service was efficient. "
