Dear Mr Singh, I would like to apologize for the poor experience that your guests had during their stay at the hotel. When we had spoken prior to their arrival, I was not aware of the room category that had been booked for them. Unfortunately, due to the long weekend, the hotel was sold out and we could not shift them to another room. It disappoints us when our guests leave with a bad experience despite our efforts. We use the feedback that we receive to further improve our services and facilities. We have new spacious rooms with balcony coming up in the new tower shortly which would resolve some of the issues that are there in the current rooms.
