Avoid at all costs!!!

Posted 16-Jul-2015
Pros: The day staff.
Cons: The facility.
Pros: Great location. Close to great restaurants. Across the street from the mall. Pleasant staff. Cons: Everything else. Requested non-smoking room; room reeked of smoke. The first room had a big hole in the wall and water in the sink that ran constantly. Asked for another room and was given a room that had a loveseat that was so visibly filthy that I wouldn't even let my dog (if I had one) sit on it. The carpet was filthy as well, and there was also a chest of drawers that looked as if an animal had been chewing or scratching on the corners. I would expect much more for an extended stay facility. Needless to say, we checked out the next day, only stayed that night due to the lateness of our arrival. We were scheduled for four nights. Again, run,do not walk, away....fast!!!!

Affordable

Posted 14-Jul-2015
Pros: Beds were more comfortable than I thought
Cons: Av needs to stay on and not have auto shutoff. Rooms get a little hot during night before school comes back on
Location: Good location in center of town
Floors thin, better stay on top floor or you hear every step of person upstairs . Not the best clientele staying there. Blue collars workers hanging out in parking lot

Crestwood Suites (Sour)

Posted 03-Jul-2015
Pros: Nothing at all.
Cons: Everything one could imagine. Complete demolition is necessary
Horrible!! The first room smelled of pet urine. Food and liquor was left in the refriderator by someone. Old worn out smelly carpet. Room was changed to a different one, had to share it with a very large spider that I couldnt catch to kill it. I would not advise anyone to stay at this hotel. It is obviously private owned and not part of a corporate chain.

I booked this hotel stay on Expedia special rates site and the hotel was not to my tastes. I have since decided not to use Expedia.com.

Budget Hotel

Posted 22-Jun-2015
Pros: Nice big screen TV, hotel was quiet at night, cable tv with HBO
Location: Nice location near shopping, easy access in and out
Monday night arrive, bad smell in air at entrance, front glass doors are dirty and smudged. Enter lobby, no one around, a guest went to find clerk. Lobby dirty, floor mat in front of desk that states clean and comfortable is dirty and threadbare. Nice clerk when she arrived. Got room key, entered elevator. Elevator dirty, didn't want to touch floor buttons, floor dirty and metal walls smudged. Hallway to room had overpowering smell of air freshner and bleach, hall carpet stained and spotted. Enter room, bleach smell staggering, smell of cigarette smoke (door to room is marked no smoking). Old worn but serviceable furniture. Noise in bathroom, the tub faucet is leaking, wouldn't turn off, probably leaking at about a gallon an hour. Dead bugs in tub. SInk dirty, crusted with something. Flush toilet, wont stop running, had to remove lid and mess with flapper each time I flushed. Room had some cobwebs on ceiling, the fridge, microwave and cooktop not spotless but not clean. Bed ok, sheets/pillowcases worn, pillows worn, about two inches thick. Report issues the next morning (tuesday), clerk stated room would be re cleaned. Returned to hotel that night, no real change in room, still not clean, bed made and sink still dirty, tub faucet still leaking and toilet still running non stop (Manager stated parts were on order). Wednesday, on return room not made up, Thursday, on return room not made up, went to desk, clerk stated only cleaned on Mondays as this was extended stay hotel.

Spend a little more to get a LOT more

Posted 17-Jun-2015
Pros: Nothing
Cons: Everything starting with cleanliness and the customer service.
Location: There were plenty of other hotels nearby and I should have stayed in one of those. They were just as close to my destination for the next day.
This hotel was awful. The only good point was it's proximity to where I was visiting the next day. The photos online looked decent, but from the minute I went to check in when the woman at the desk stopped helping me twice to help other people who came up after me, and once to take a phone call, to when I checked out and that person didn't even ask about my stay I hated this place. For starters, my room was filthy. There were food stains all around the refrigerator area, which made me nervous about what else hadn't been cleaned. I was afraid to sleep in the bed, so I got my own pillow and blanket and slept the other way on top of the bedding. (The pillow and blanket were promptly washed at the first opportunity.) I have never been uncomfortable or felt afraid as I did in this hotel, either.

Subpar hotel

Entrance, lobby, elevators, hallway and rooms could use a deep cleaning; older facility but if clean, it would suffice for the price.

Convenient to interstate 24

The room had an odor of cat litter. The sink and tub faucets leaked and not just a drop. There was cat liter on the floor in the bathroom. Did not get fresh towels the 3 days I stayed there.

Decent hotel close to Nashville

Posted 31-May-2015
Pros: The smoke free section was fine but you had to go through the smoking section to get to it. It smelled of smoke.
Cons: The lobby smelled of smoke.
Location: Close to Nashville. Lots to do.
The staff was excellent, but when you walked in it smelled of smoke. Wouldn't recommend it for a family. Lots of extended stay folks there, living there.

Crestwood Suites Murfreesboro TN

Posted 13-May-2015
Pros: Nothing
Cons: A good cleaning, new bedding, an attentive staff for starters.
We would never stay at Crestwood Suits again; if fact we would have cancelled the reservation immediately upon arrival if other motel accommodations were available in Murfreesboro. We were in Murfreesboro for the graduation of a grandson from Mid. TN State Univ. So were the families of 2000 -3000 other graduates, consequently no other accommodations were available. This was our first use of Expedia, we will never use Expedia again.
