Convenient , 2sec away (literally 3steps away ) from the station... however a bit noisy and curtains are too short . A lot of light and noise comes through during the night. Other than that quite good experience

The front desk staff promised to do light house keeping and change linens during our stay, but they did not. A lot of noise was created by the market below the apartment.

We liked that there was a grocery store under the property, that the U-bahn and tram were at the door and so were cafes and restaurants. Nice outlook over a plaza with fountain. Very green area. Quiet and clean part of Munich.

The Metro underground station is 2 steps outside the front door. The Tram surface train station is 100 feet away. So, access to transit is really good. The rooms were clean, but the floor and walls of the elevator were dirty. Didn’t leave a great first impression as you traveled to your room.

Very centrally located. could have been stocked with more than one bath towel for a 9 night stay. Desk staff friendly! rooms could use airconditioners.

Right in front of the subway station which is convenient. Also next to a grocery store and nice quiet neighborhood. Would stay here again. Apartment style living which was neat.

The key element of this property is location and management knows. They have zero concerns about fulfilling even the basic demands of room service. I have stayed in this place several times and every time is the same: after day 3 they do not clean the room, take out garbage or even change towels. Even if ask not they do not do it. Room as such becomes dirty. Noise every day exactly at 6:30 am from the small supermaket taking garbage or recycling makes no need for an alarm clock. Main office has also problem when there is clear conflict between workers throwing themselves paperwork in front of desk. The location is unique all the rest is plain misleading.

Fine place to stay near the centre of Munich.
This is a very stylish and comfortable hotel within the area of central Munich. Apart from being very quiet and cosy, it boasts some lovely coffee shops nearby and a supermarket underneath. The very chic and fashionable Schwabing is within walking distance. A very reasonably priced hotel. Top marks.

Nice place to stay, I was in Rm 302 - bathroom was tiny but adequate in my case. 24hr checkin process was good as I arrived after reception had closed. I think Coffee supplies could be replenished better else great!

The Service Apartment is very well located. The entry to Subway/Metro is right opposite the Main door of the Apartment and this is 4 stops away from Hauptbahnhof (Central Station). A grocery store is in the Ground floor for any purchases you may need to do. Rooms are very clean.

Extended Stay Apartment
Having say in various hotels for over 180 days for this past year, and at this specific location extensively, I am able to provide an unbiased review of this place. This hotel has a variety of rooms in a newly renovated wing and an older part of the building. The rooms in the newly renovated wing are slightly smaller but in good conditions. The older part of the building contains some rooms that are great and some not so, including one that has mold near the entrance door. The service is not the best. Considering my frequent visits and long term stay at this hotel, they are not keen to provide a late check out or anything out of what they normally provide. The location is great, nevertheless, with several restaurants, grocery stores, pharmacies within the 100 m, and direct access to the subway.

Great Place, indifferent welcome.
I occupied an apartment and discovered by sheer fluke that there were extra charges for the use of the kitchenette. There was no mention of this in the Hotel.com paperwork. I was somewhat stressed that I would not arriveon time at the hotel before closure of reception. To that end I twice emailed the hotel several days before my arrival, both emails went unanswered.

U bahn is just a step away. Location is perfect. Solo traveller on business trip. Room 701 is spacious for single and great view ! Quiet. Kitchen use is included. Netto is on the ground level .Coin laundry is available too.
