We have stayed at AU before. Very nice hotel - staff are excellent. Rooms clean and well appointed. Breakfast was satisfactory. Off the road, safe car parking. Good wifi in the room. Will stay again.

Ok hotel.
Nice hotel good facilities very clean great staff. Location too remote from Chiang Khan.

Nice hotel with friendly service. The only downside is some noises due to current minor renovation on going in the hotel.

everything clean and neat
everything was neat and tidy , the pool was shallow .Breakfast is not what you would expect from a hotel that claims to be 4.5 stars.Thefe is a great restaurant next door .The sauna costs extra. Overall I would return.

サービスの勉強が必要。
部屋は清潔で、雰囲気も静かで良いけれど、一部スタッフは不親切、テレビも操作方法がよくわからない、ドアの開け閉めも難しい。 せっかくスパがあるのに、ホテル受付と連動していない、など改善点あり。

安靜 友善的員工
優點：非常安靜、有陽臺且有山景、員工非常友善、早餐雖然種類少但是每天都有變化、飯店後面就有一家好吃的餐廳。 缺點：地理位置稍偏、停車位稍不足 如果是要參加Loei鬼面節，離會場丹賽有些距離（約兩小時）
