"The hotel is very new and great location, easy access to highway 298 and Costco shopping plaza. We hit issue when checked in our room, the safety box closed by previous guest, staff tried few times reset without success, duty manager Daniel quickly solve the issue: refund one night and changed room for the inconvenience."
