The beds were very uncomfortable. My husband woke up with an aching back. I woke up every 30 minutes because the mattress was so hard. Im a side sleeper and my arms kept falling asleep! Otherwise the property was great!
I really liked this property. The lobby is very nice and active with a bar, breakfast area and lots of lounge.
My room was big not your typical small room that you see in many national brands lately.
I was impressed and will be back when in Charleston on business.
I’ve stayed here before and it’s a very clean property. When I arrived this time, the property seemed deserted because there was yellow caution tape all over the parking lot and just a few cars. I asked the associate at the front desk about the caution tape and she said they resurfacing the parking lot and guests must park and designated areas on designated days or you will get towed.

The walk in shower shower curtain would not keep the water in shower. Several took showers and water would pool on the bathroom floor. A slipping hazard for sure.
Beautiful, clean hotel with bar, restaurant options. Unfortunately, they are doing some upgrading. Restaurant/bar area was a little noisy. Staff was wonderful.

Our room was huge and so nice. Hotel is great. It would have been nice to know about the major construction going on. Parking was a mess and workers coming and going like crazy. But when it’s done I’m sure it will be even better to stay there.

Disappointed
The heating / cooling could not be activated. The keyless entry plate fell off. Went to the bar to order food. Bartender said he would get the waitress. After waiting for 15 minutes, I left and went to a restaurant in town.

Attractive lobby area. Room appeared to be recently renovated and featured mini refrigerator, microwave, and Kurig coffee maker. Great location, friendly staff, what more could you need for a short stay! Would definitely stay here again!
My family stayed in the king suite. Very roomy and perfect for an over night with 3 littles. Will be staying her again for our next overnight heading to FL.
The hotel states it provides housekeeping every three days which I think is not sufficient. I requested housekeeping on our second night stay and it was not done. We were down to one towel and no toilet paper by the time we left.

We had a excellent stay. Particularly due to the help of two employees at the front desk Thursday night September 14th. They were Angelice & Alexis. We had some billing issues and they were very customer friendly in solving our issue and certainly put the customer first. These are the type of employees that will help you retain loyal customers

Everything was great except slow draining sink and shower drip. Not crazy about security gate when leaving property. Should be automatic and hassle to use room card.
