“Nice hotel,but a few issues”

The "Suite" is actually the same size as a regular room at twice the price. We stayed 2 nights and our room was never serviced.

“Westin not up to standard”

The service at the Westin is appalling. If you are going to come to Mt. Laurel New Jersey, drive less then 4 miles down the road and stay at the new Hilton Garden Inn, where service comes first and all staff are brilliant. The Westin service was appalling. They didn't have real eggs as they use powder for all of their eggs. Their attitude stinks, their food is poor and the quality way below standard. Very disappointing.

“Hurricane Irene”

My daughter, two beagles and myself stayed at the Westin after being evacuated for Hurricane Irene. I have nothing but the highest praise for the entire establishment! The staff were very helpful and friendly, always taking time to pet the dogs or answer our questions. On checkout we had a question about the refrigerator and a staffmember came to our room directly to help with the issue. I did not eat in the restaurant so cannot comment as to that but the room size was perfect for us (2 queen sized beds) and the bathroom was spacious and lovely. For such a quality hotel to accept dogs was a real treat. I highly recommend this Westin and cannot imagine why it is only listed as 2 stars through Expedia; we enjoyed our stay very much, especially considering the circumstances.

“Nice modern room”

The only thing holding this hotel back is the lack of a mini fridge and microwave in the room. There is a sign in the mini bar that if you use it as a personal fridge there will be a charge of $35 which is ridiculous. Otherwise a great room close to Philly and plenty of restaurants close by in Marlton.

“If you have to make changes to your schedule - don't book hear”

My business meeting was canceled and I needed to cancel my hotel room. I called expedia and they tried calling the hotel to cancel my reservation and they couldn't get through. The hotel said they couldn't do anything about it. If you travel beware of these redicilous policies. I had to pay over $200 for a hotel room that I didn't even stay in. I had also give over 24 hour notice and they still wouldn't do anything.

“good except ac didn't work”

The room was very clean, modern hotel. Had tub/shower combination. Have stayed in Westin hotels that have separate tile shower from bath. The only issue that I had with the room is the ac was not working and after calling front desk for maintenance look at the problem, we returned that evening to find it had not been addressed, after calling front desk again, someone came up and told us maintenance dept had left for the day, they did offer to change rooms but this was already 11pm and had to get up early in am for flight.

“Satisfaction Guarenteed!”

I enjoyed my stay and the Westin Mount Laurel. It was my first time and I must say I was very pleased. The bed was so comfortable that I did not want to get out of it. The area was very convenient for out of town guest who have to drive the NJ Turnpike to get home and there's a Bob Evans right across the street with great food. Loved it and so will you!
