As you mentioned, we do offer a complimentary continental breakfast basket for our guests, though we have also recently begun serving breakfast in our restaurant on Saturdays & Sundays! Because we are located in the heart of the Mount Hood National Forest Wilderness, some insects are bound to make an appearance. However, we do have regularly scheduled exterminators to guarantee that any guest disturbance is kept to a minimum. We can assure you that all of the items that you mentioned have been addressed, including repair of the AC in our Inn Building. All of our cabins are equipped with AC as well :) Please accept our deepest apologies for any shortcomings or inconveniences that you may have experienced during your visit. We would love the chance to make it up to you with a free night's stay. Just let us know if you would like to us up on this offer! -The Cooper Spur Team
