The front desk was super friendly both at check in and check out. The room was nice and clean. One room was on the noisier side at night and the bed wasn’t the most comfortable.

Most hotels offer/provide complimentary coffee in the morning. The Courtyard does not. It's the least they could offer. Also, they have signs posted for "ice" and or vending and yet they have NO ice on the floor. Our room seemed to be very cramped for 2 people.

Dear Noel,Just for clarity purposes, it is mentioned in the booking link that we do not offer complimentary breakfast, that would also include coffee as we have a Starbucks express on site within our Bistro. We encourage all guests to thoroughly research the hotel prior to booking to be sure it suites their individual needs for their stay. There are infact ice machines on every floor, they are to the right of the elevator. Thank you for your review.

Property is being renovated at this time. Some of the changes that are being made unfortunately are at a detriment to folks with disabilities. The beds are almost on the ground/floor where before they were up higher. They’ve changed some of the amenities like microwaves are out. Bathrooms need handrails and chairs and couches are new but low to the ground as well.

Dear Amin, Thank you for your review. The ADA rooms are within compliance as we have to undergo an actual inspection in which we did pass. Our microwaves are available in our suites and jr. suites, that still remains the same as before. Again I thank you for your review.
The front desk staff I met on Sunday early morning was very rude and unpleasant to me, my was fine and the environment was very quiet

Disappointing visit somewhat
After I booked and paid through hotel.com a few days later I received an email about refurbishing. On my arrival I noticed all windows covered with plastic. Place had the smell of paint and plaster. Both Receptionist and Manager were pleasant and friendly. My room was comfortable, although i could see through the windows. I was told breakfast 7 - 10, I thought a continental one was served.

The property was under construction, i was informed via an email after booking it, where as they should’ve mentioned it before. When i reached out asking the extent of renovation i got no reply. The place was understaffed, no house keeping, the convenience store had minimum supplies, the place seem deserted. Wouldn’t recommend it.
Ugly yellow carpet from 20 years ago, lamps not working, air units without thermostats. Bathrooms old and dirty.
I was told the property is scheduled for remodeling. It needs remodeling.
Bar area is the only nice aspect.
Definitely an accommodating place. Enjoyed amenities and services. Room was clean and great. Pool and weight room was good to use. Would stay again. Rooms need a microwave though so you don’t have to go to the lobby to heat things up.

Overall ok
Check in early was great. Desk was friendly and helpful. Had to wait following night for coffee, tp and towels. Housekeeping every other day is fine but please collect garbage, offer additional cups coffee etc. Room was clean and comfortable.
Lobby areas was nice, this is my second stay at a Courtyard and pretty happy with my overall experience. Few things to list, loose toilet seat and sink faucet, shower base around doors could be clean better. Shampoo dispenser off the wall. All these are small things missed and hope they correct for the next guest.
