Room was clean and bed was comfortable.
Reception service was really bad. Apparently there is a disagreement between Bryson Inn and Expedia with the respect to the room price, and they want me to resolve it and call Expedia.
We are over 70 years old, so after 10 hours of driving, we were really looking forward to get a good rest, but it wasn't easy. After one hour of waiting and multiple discussions, we were given keys to the room on the second floor, but they didn't work, because the room was was already occupied. They did this twice to us (we had to climb stairs twice, there is no elevator) we were pretty upset about this whole situation. Finally they gave us keys to the room that we could enter. We will never to stay at this hotel again for sure.
