Convenient location. For my travel. I have stayed several times before. On this occasion the staff in the dining area seemed disinterested and not very friendly.

Took about 15 minutes to walk through all corridors up and down steps with small child to get from reception to room. No coffee or milk in room to make drinks or fridge to keep our own drinks cool.
Reception area is very nice and trendy but as soon as you leave that area the rest of the hotel is outdated and feels dirty.
We have now stayed at two different Novotels in France during our stay and would not stay at either again.

Just checked in late in the night and left early the next day, overall pleasant, but the breakfast could be upgraded, because prize wise is was to expensive

People were very nice. Only downside is the condition of the hotel (looking “tired”) with the exception of the reception area and the bar/restaurant, which are quite nice.

Clean, comfortable room. Heating was a bit too high for our liking and couldn't be adjusted.
Unfortunately, local EV charging points are very unreliable but luckily they're are rapid chargers near the hotel.

Felt the restaurant breakfast offering was really mediocre. Bread good; Warm breakfast meats and eggs not good at all. Charcuterie selection very limited. Fresh fruit selection limited and very tired looking. Had dinner at the hotel restaurant twice. On a weeknight it was good. On Sunday evening it was a terrible mistake. The room was very cold and it seemed impossible to bring it up to temperature.

Room too hot and not ready for 4 people
Unfortunately air condition was set far too hot without option to adjust. Difficult to sleep at night.
Room was booked for 4 people but only 2 beds made up and only 3 duvets available.

We feel sorry that the aircondition was too hot for you.
You normally can adjust it from the room.
Regarding the room, indeed our rooms for 4 persons are set with one normal double bed plus one unfoldable sofa bed, all of them are made with a duvet and there is an extra duvet if you feel a bit cold despite the normal duvet.
Do not hesitate to ask an extra one if you need for a next stay.

Convenient location on our way to the south of France. Room was nice, comfortable bed couch for our daughter. The dinner in the restaurant was not so good. Undercooked fries, and the childrens menu was really bad. Apart from that we would stay hete again but then have dinner elsewhere.
Arrived late at night, young lad on reception was extremely welcoming and helpful, hotel lovely and quiet, parking secure and plentiful, breakfast was very good well thought out in covid times
We stopped here for one night on our way to Switzerland. Hotel is fine, pool was a bit grubby-maybe showers before should be mandatory as it looked like sunscreen soup. Lots of free parking. Definitely make a reservation if you intend to eat in the hotel restaurant-we hadn’t and it was full unfortunately. Luckily there is an Asian buffet immediately opposite the hotel which has plenty of room and sooooo many food options! Our room was a good size and nice and clean. Buffet breakfast was okay, not that much choice but may be down to COVID.

Unhelpful staff in the reception and lack of communication between the hotel and hotels.com. The hotel had not received our reservation from hotels.com and our free night ended up costing me more in telephone costs (international call to hotels.com for 45 min from DK number in France to hotels.com number in the US) than a night at the hotel.
