Hello Lynn,I'm so sorry that there was a nationwide hilton guest wifi outage during your stay with us. Unfortunately it was not anything that our hotel caused, nor could we repair. All of our rooms have an additional pillow and blanket in a sealed clear plastic case in the drawer in the dresser in the suite, either in the living room or the bedroom area that are meant to be used for the sofa bed, which already has clean sheets on it. That being said, sometimes guests aren't able to locate them and I was happy that my team was able to run one down to you right away upon your request.I'm sorry that niether myself nor my front office manager were available to speak with you. My front office manager was recovering from surgery and I was home sick with a sinus infection. We are human and while the hotel is 24/7 sometimes we can't be available 24/7.
