It was a beautiful hotel. Very impressed when walking up to the entrance. Looks very nice at night with the colours and lighting. However, trip was myself, husband and two children. We were given an adjoining room. Around midnight a group of younger men arrived in the next room. The walls were paper thin so we could hear their conversation as though they were in our room. They tried the connecting door and the locks were very weak so my husband had to tell them we were in there and he had to block the door because the lock wasn't trusted to hold. We barely slept. We were also disappointed because the information said breakfast included. Breakfast was continental, bagel, muffins, drinks to go. Not what was expected. The hotel esthetics were very impressive, and staff were polite, but I didn't have a restful night.

the air conditioning system should be improved, it was either very slow or broken. otherwise everything else is good.

I very much enjoy staying at this hotel. I have stayed here several times over the years and I have always had an amazing experience! The rooms are spacious and clean, the beds are comfortable and the breakfasts in the morning are always delicious. In addition, staff are impeccably polite and are helpful. This is a great place to stay if you are in the Montreal area, whether for business, to stay as a family or for a romantic getaway.

It is nice hotel that I have stayed at several times. Unfortunately this time the Wi-Fi did not work during my stay, making it less than ideal. No reasons where giving.

It has been months since we had problem with the wifi. There is always a phone number on the desk of each room that you can call in order to remedy the problem.

When I arrived, very tired from my trip, they did not have my reservation and it too over an hour or even more to find out the trouble. The cashier said that there is another expedie and they did not send the information. Yet I had a receipt that all 3 rooms for two nights were paid. I showed him my receipt with the address of the Hotel. Oh well, first time for everything. time I run into this embassing arrival.

We are sorry for the inconvenience but we are at the mercy of what the various booking sites send us. Even if you have a confirmation number, if the booking sites do not send us the reservation, it will be hard to find. That is also why we recommend people to reserve directly with the establishment.

No complaints with cleanliness or room size. Cheap but good service for the money. All you're losing out on is daily room service and a good breakfast menu but for the money, I can't complain

Thank you for your review. We are just beside the Champlain Bridge which leads you downtown Montreal within 15 minutes. But you do need a vehicle.

This hotel is nice and clean. Breakfast is ok, not great, food was not hot (but warm), waffle machine doesn’t work well, hard to get batter out. And I made some mistakes on booking, called hotel right away, but they said i have to call expedia. Talked with Expedia, they said they cannot get a hold of anyone from the hotel… except these, everything else is fine

Thisnis the second visit to Hotel Brossard. The Hotel amd staff are great. It is clean quiet, convenient breakfast, however they have hidden amenities of a water fountain and microwaves that they should advise upon checkin so thay customers are not buying water from outside. Otherwise a great stay
