I like that the property was close to my son’s college and clinic where he had his surgery. The hotel was clean and the staff were friendly. I did not like that I was charged prior to reaching the hotel. I was charged again once I reached the hotel. I was charged for a night, two nights and a $100 deposit. When I booked my room, I selected to pay at the property.

Found this place after searching for a bit. It was almost midnight and the good reviews lured us. It’s a tiny bit off the hwy but not too bad. Room was clean and comfy. Only drawback was a large teenage sports team staying there. Made lots of noise late into the night but was so tired it didn’t matter. The breakfast was decent too, which was a plus!

I received beyond what I expected for this rate. Good breakfast options-- both hot and cold, friendly service, comfortable bed, and easy access via Uber to downtown. One downside: my non-smoking room smelled of smoke. I kept the A/C running the whole time I was there and that helped.

The night shift person was very helpful but the day shift person was very indifferent. We usually stay here when we are in town because it's nice and affordable. The biggest drawback was the elevator. It was barely functional.

There was a SERIOUS lady bug infestation in my room. I got in town late and i went straight to the shower. When I got out of the shower my room was INFESTED with lady bugs. I called down to the front desk she moved me right away. I went downstairs to get my new keys to a new room and she stated " its only always that room. Your new room doesnt have anything wrong". I was moved right next door to the room i was originally in. I saw a few in the new room but it wasn't overwhelming so we stayed. This hotel is a bit overpriced for the way it looked. Atleast it was lady bugs and not roaches. Everything else was good, breakfast was good. Check out staff was good. Id stay here again.

Fitness room has 3machines; 2 were broken. No weights, or other equipment options. Coffee/tea service that was promised 24/7 in common area was not there. Elevator grinds and moves slowly- causing worry. TV cable service was erratic- cut out frequently- had to stop watching. We hope the breakfast buffet (offered from 6-9 a.m. ) will be edible. The room itself was ok, with only2 flaws: no bathroom exhaust fan; only one lounge chair for a room for 2 guests- and chair replacing as support springs were shot. This property likely has management that has no interest in a higher quality guest experience.

Overall the hotel and room were very clean, modern and updated except for my sheets. They seemed to have hair on them that was not from me! Breakfast was basic but good. Had an issue regarding discrepancy about Pet policy that was advertised on Hotels.com vs what hotel itself actually honored. Ended up having to pay a lot more for our dog fee than what was expected based on info. from Hotels.com website. They have not updated their information. Be aware and check actual hotel website as well befor making a booking!

The entire hotel reeked of weed. For a hotel that doesn't allow smoking OR vaping, it was horrible.

The hotel grounds were dirty and not well maintained. The inside was okay. The room was clean. Beds and pillows were very uncomfortable. We stayed in a king room and there was not a sofa or even a chair in the room except an uncomfortable desk chair. The breakfast was terrible. The food was not warm. There were no forks. The cereal was stale and there was no milk. I would not stay there again.

The front desk staff was very friendly and accommodating. Our room however has a “lady bug” problem…..several “lady bugs” on walls and on ceiling in room. Our room also smelled of smoke.

Whoever gave the review of 8.2 was way far off. Let me list my complaints, roaches, not cleaned or vacuumed. Hair dryer didn’t work. Noise level was very high. Whoever tried to caulk the bathroom tub, a 2 year old could do better. Bed poorly made. Horrible place and will avoid any of their. Hotels ever again.
