Appalling customer service. Waiting staffs attitude was abrupt and disrespectful. Worst customer service I have ever experienced. So much so that we left a day early. Miserable horrible staff especially the waitress that works on the breakfast buffet who actually accused me of taking a breakfast side plate! Additionally the abusive abrupt head waiter that brought out the buffet food was unprofessional and raised his voice to me across the dining area. Couldn’t wait to leave Boston Hotel, left a day earlier than booked, Would never stay there again and definitely wouldn’t recommend for others to stay.

Quick trip.
Amazing weather , good location when it comes to transport and restaurants , breakfast had loads of food to choose from , and the swimming pool was a good touch to the hotel.

Great Value and Excellent Location
A hidden gem that is close to the Terme Station and center of town with only a 10 minute walk. We found a Ferris Wheel and Merry Go Round in the town square. What fun!

Lækkert hotel. Meget lille pool område som ligger på taget af hotelles anneks. Super hyggelig by. Virkelig flot morgenmad. Super service. Alt i alt et virkeligt godt hotel at bo på. Prisen pr nat er også god

Location is good, near the train and coach station. The swimming pool is so small that it's more like a plunge pool- No provision for towels and the changing room is tiny. Our air-conditioning unit was not working properly, sometimes it came on sometimes it went off making our room very hot during the night. Breakfast had lots of choices but no cereals or hard boiled eggs available ( only poached eggs or omelette). No fresh fruits ( only. Fruits cocktails in a bowel) otherwise quite good.

Bei der Buchung auf die Beschreibung achten.
Das Hotel besteht aus zwei verschiedenen Gebäuden. Einem renovierten und ansehnlichem Hauptgebäude mit der Rezeption und dem Restaurant und einem charmelosen Betonklotz nebenan, auf dessen Dach auch der Pool untergebracht ist. Unser Zimmer befand sich leider im zweiten Bau. Erkennen lässt sich das an dem Zusatz Annex bei der Zimmerbeschreibung. Das Zimmer inklusive Badezimmer war ziemlich in die Jahre gekommen, klein und sehr hellhörig. Die schönen Zimmer befinden sich vermutlich alle im Hauptbau. Das angebotene Frühstück war hingegen lecker und das Personal hilfreich und freundlich. Alles in allem lässt sich das Hotel sicherlich empfehlen, wenn man ein Zimmer im Haupthaus hat. Im Annex würde ich nicht erneut buchen.

Everything was great until I found that the cleaning lady stuffed my clothes into the bidet. I was under the impression that your personal belongings should not be touched.

Dirty an very tired looking
The pool steps are a health an safety issue! The hotel is in need of some T. L. C. Couldnt drink in the bar! Glasses were filthy. Staff in the breakfast room were very unfriendly especially the older man who unless u were Italian would grunt at us every day! This is definatly NOT a 4*hotel very run down would not recommend
