The property has a lot of homeless people living there with young children running around the halls. The pool area is locked, the lights were never on when we attempted to go in. Staff couldn’t figure out how to turn them on. The room on Saturday morning was 65 degrees. There were no coffee makers in the room but I was told the coffee would be on 24/7, 365. The only problem was that when I went to get a cup. The coffee machine was busted. Saturday afternoon, while taking a nap, the fire alarm went off. It was quickly shut off. I know from previous experience, that when an alarm goes off, you exit the hotel until the fire department gives an all clear. This did not happen. My only conclusion is, that this had happened before. When headings to the front desk, I saw a young boy, no more than three wandering the hallway. Later, a woman walked up to me and asked if I knew who he was. She said that he had been wandering around for over an hour.
Dear traveler, don’t believe the glowing reviews. This place is a nightmare.
