"Overall, great fr9nt desk customer service. Good courtesy lemon water and apples. Ice machines were broken on 3 floors, office table in room had coffee stains, and hair on bathroom floor. No free parking or hotel discount for parking, not worth paying more for valet. Nice to offer champagne but maybe ask customer if they drink or would prefer more free water bottles."
